Hello, everyone! My name is Amy and I am a seventh-grade student at Sunshine Middle School. I want to share with you all about my school life in the first three units of this semester.
First of all, let me tell you about my favorite subjects. I love English the most because it is so interesting and I have a great teacher who makes learning fun and engaging. I also enjoy Maths and Science because I find them challenging and I love solving problems and conducting experiments in the lab.
In addition to academics, I am also actively involved in extracurricular activities. I am a member of the school's basketball team and I also participate in the school choir. I enjoy playing basketball as it helps me stay fit and healthy, while singing in the choir allows me to express myself creatively.
Moreover, I have made many friends at school who make my days brighter and more enjoyable. We often hang out together during break time and after school, sharing stories and laughter. My classmates are all very supportive and encouraging, and I am grateful for their friendship.
Unit 2: My Hobbies
Apart from school, I also have a variety of hobbies that I enjoy pursuing in my free time. One of my favorite hobbies is reading. I love getting lost in a good book and exploring different worlds and perspectives through literature. Reading allows me to relax and unwind after a long day at school.
Another hobby of mine is painting. I find painting to be a relaxing and therapeutic activity that allows me to express my creativity and emotions. I enjoy experimenting with different colors and techniques to create beautiful works of art.
In addition to reading and painting, I also love listening to music. Music has the power to uplift my mood and transport me to a different state of mind. I have a diverse taste in music, ranging from pop and rock to classical and jazz.
Unit 3: My Dream
Looking to the future, my dream is to become a successful writer. I have always been passionate about writing and I love using words to create stories and poems that touch people's hearts. I hope to publish my own book one day and inspire others with my words.
In order to achieve my dream, I know that I need to work hard and stay dedicated to honing my writing skills. I am
constantly practicing and improving my writing abilities, seeking feedback from teachers and mentors to help me grow as a writer.
