For breakfast, I like to eat a bowl of oatmeal with some fresh fruit on top. I usually choose blueberries or strawberries, as they add a nice sweet flavor to the oatmeal. I also like to have a glass of orange juice or a cup of milk to go along with my meal. Sometimes I will also have a slice of whole wheat toast with some butter or peanut butter. This breakfast gives me the energy I need to start my day and keeps me feeling full and satisfied until lunchtime.
