Hi everyone, my name is Lily and I'm in fourth grade. Today I want to share with you my experience in the English Olympic contest.
At first, I was really nervous because I wanted to do well in the contest. But my English teacher, Mrs. Smith, encouraged me and told me to just do my best. So I tried my hardest to study and practice every day.
On the day of the contest, I felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. When the contest started, I focused on listening carefully to the questions and reading them slowly to make sure I understood them.
There were different sections in the contest, like spelling, grammar, and reading comprehension. I tried my best in each section and answered the questions to the best of my ability. I
even remembered to check my spelling and grammar before handing in my answer sheet.

Overall, participating in the English Olympic contest was a great experience for me. It helped me improve my English skills and gave me the confidence to keep learning and practicing. I can't wait to participate in the next contest and see how much I've improved.
