我想在大学变瘦英语作文
I really want to lose weight in college. I feel like
I've gained so much weight since high school, and it's really starting to bother me. I want to look and feel better, and I know that losing weight is the only way to do that.
I've been thinking about trying out different workout classes at the gym. I've heard that spinning and kickboxing are really good for burning calories, and I think it would be a fun way to get in shape. Plus, I could meet some new people and make some friends while I'm at it.
I also need to start eating healthier. I've been
relying a lot on fast food and junk food since I've been in college, and I know that's not doing me any favors. I need to start cooking more at home and making healthier choices when I do go out to eat.
I've been considering talking to a nutritionist to get
some personalized advice on how to lose weight. I know there's so much conflicting information out there about dieting and nutrition, and I think it would be really helpful to have someone who knows what they're talking about to guide me.
I'm also thinking about setting some specific goals for myself. I think having something to work towards will help keep me motivated and on track. I want to set realistic goals that I can achieve over time, so I don't get discouraged and give up.
I know it's not going to be easy, but I'm really determined to make a change. I want to feel confident and comfortable in my own skin, and I know that losing weight
is the first step towards that. I'm ready to put in the work and make it happen.。
