探讨布地奈德联合特布他林治疗哮喘的疗效

【摘要】Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide inhalation and common drugs atomization treatment of asthma. Methods A retrospective analysis of 126 cases of patients with asthma, were randomly divided into two groups, of which 63 cases of atomization treatment on common drugs with budesonide inhalation, for the treatment group and the remaining 63 cases in the control group to use only ordinary drug treatment were compared patient outcomes. Results The treatment of the treatment group was higher efficiency, and the treatment group, coughing,
wheezing,difficulty breathing and wheezing symptoms improve time was less than the control group, the differences were statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Budesonide inhalation and generic drugs atomization treatment of asthma not only can improve the treatment efficiency can also reduce the symptoms were improved time, it is worth in clinical practice.%目的：探讨分析布地奈德联合特布他林治疗哮喘的临床疗效。

方法回顾性分析我院在2011年1月到2014年1月中治疗的支气管哮喘患者200例，将所有入选患者按照随机原则分为两组，对于对照组63例患者给予特步他林进行治疗，而对于治疗组63例患者给予布地奈德联合特布他林联合治疗，对比两组患者临床效果。

结果经治疗后，治疗组临床总有效率为96%，而对照组总有效率仅有
75%，治疗组显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），且咳嗽、气喘、呼吸困难和哮鸣音等症状改善时间治疗组显著少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论对于哮喘患者采用布地奈德联合特布他林治疗显著提高疗效，
症状改善快，值得广泛应用。
