清热活血方药治疗类风湿关节炎疗效分析

【摘要】目的：对清热活血方药对类风湿关节炎患者的临床治疗效果进行分析性
研究和探讨。

方法选取本院2013年5月至2014年5月经我院进行治疗的80例类风湿性关节炎的患者采用清热活血方药的方法进行治疗。

结果治疗后，表现出食欲不振和出现皮疹以及头痛还有恶心等症状的患者各1例，有2例患者发生不良
反应，其不良反应率7.5％。

P<0.05其差异有统计学意义。

结论对类风湿关节炎
患者采用清热活血方药进行治疗对其疼痛、肿胀、晨僵等症状有着很好的改善作用，对于提高患者的治疗效果有着积极作用，值得推广临床使用。

%Objective The effect of heat treatment on clinical and promoting blood circulation in patients with rheumatoid arthritis analytical study and discussion.Methods Select hospital in May 2013 to 2014 5 menstrual hospital for treatment of 80 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were treated with heat treatment methods and promoting blood circulation.Results After treatment, patients showed
a loss of appetite and a rash and headache as well as nausea and other symptoms of each one case,there are two cases of patients with adverse reactions,adverse reaction rate of 7.5%.P<0.05 the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Rheumatoid arthritis patients treated using heat and promoting blood circulation to their pain,swelling, morning
stiffness and other symptoms have a very good improvement,to improve the treatment of patients with a positive role worthy of clinical use.
