HPLC法测定消痤搽剂中氯霉素和水杨酸含量

【摘要】Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining chloramphenical and salicylic acid in Xiaocuo liniment. Methods The column was Extend-C18(4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of heptane sulfonic acid sodium salt buffer (pH 2. 5) -methanol (80: 20). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml · min-1, column temperature 35 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 277 nm. Results The linear range of chloramphenicol was 0.0413-0.1246 mg ·ml-1, r =0. 9997, and the average recovery was 99.4%. The linear range of salicylic acid was 0.1031 -0.8248 mg ·ml-1, r =0.9998, and the average recovery was 99.6%. Conclusion This method is simple, quick, accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used as for quality control of Xiaocuo liniment.%目的建立消痤搽剂中氯霉素与水杨酸含量测定方法.方法色谱柱:Extend-C18 (4.6 mm ×250 mm;5μm)；流动相:0.01 mol ·L-1庚烷磺酸钠缓冲液(pH 2.5)-甲醇(65:35)；流速:1.0 ml ·min-1；柱温:35℃；检测波长:277 nm.结果氯霉素线性浓度范围为0.0413～0.1246
mg ·ml-1,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.4％；水杨酸线性浓度范围为0.1031～0.8248 mg ·ml-1,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.6％.结论该方法简便、快速、准确,重复性好,可用于消痤搽剂质量控制中的含量测定.
