【摘要】Objective To research the volatilis components′variation in decoction before and after Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Polygala tenuifolia Willd matched-pairs. Methods The decoction of matched pair of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Polygala tenuifolia Willd and each herb were extracted by bulliens aqua,the contents ofα-asaricin andβ-asaricin in the decoction were determined by GC. Results The contents of α-asaricin and β-asaricin in the decoction of matched pair of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Polygala tenuifolia Willd were 0. 048% and 0. 812%. The contents ofα-asaricin andβ-asaricin in the decoction of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott were 0. 049% and 1. 012%. Conclusion After the match of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Polygala tenuifolia Willd,the content ofβ-asaricin was decreased obviously(P<0. 05),but there was not obviously change of α-asaricin.%目的：研究经典药对石菖蒲-远志配伍前后水煎液中挥发性成分的含量变化。

方法煎煮法分别获得石菖蒲-远志药对和单味药材的水煎液，气相色谱法（ GC）测定水煎液中α-细辛醚和β-细辛醚的含量。

结果石菖蒲-远志药对中α-细辛醚的含量为0.048%，β-细辛醚的含量为0.812%；石菖蒲单煎中α-细辛醚的
含量为0.049%，β-细辛醚的含量1.012%；结论石菖蒲、远志配伍后，α-细辛醚含量无明显变化，β细辛醚含量显著降低（P<0.05）。
