My favorite part of the interview process is definitely the second round, or the "interview with the panel."
There's something about being in a room with multiple people, all of whom are interested in learning more about me, that makes me feel energized and excited.
During this part of the process, I love the opportunity to showcase my skills and experience in a more interactive way. Instead of just answering questions, I get to engage
in a conversation with the panel and really demonstrate my ability to think on my feet and respond to different perspectives.
One thing that sets the panel interview apart from other parts of the process is the chance to learn more about the company and its culture. I always make sure to ask questions of the panel members, not just to show my interest in the company, but also to get a sense of what it might be like to work there.
Another thing I appreciate about the panel interview is the chance to meet different people from the company. Depending on the size of the panel, I might get to interact with representatives from different departments or levels of the organization. This gives me a more well-rounded view of the company and its operations.
