现代职业学校制度建设的困境与策略——基于SZ市的实证调

【摘要】现代职业学校制度是区别于传统、蕴含现代性价值追求的学校制度, 对推动教育治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要的作用.采用深度访谈与问卷调查的方法, 对SZ市现代职业学校制度建设现状进行调研.研究发现, 部分职业学校的现代职业学校制度建设陷入了依法治校缺乏制度规范、自主管理权力有限、民主管理缺乏组织架构、社会参与形式单一的困境.改变职业学校办学过程中所遭遇的困难与问题, 需要发挥政府治理职能, 落实职业学校主体地位, 完善相关制度性保障.%The modern vocational school system is different from the traditional one, which contains the pursuit of modernity value. It plays an important role in promoting the modernization of educational governance system and governance ability. By means of in-depth interviews and questionnaires, this paper investigates the current situation of the construction of modern vocational school system in SZ city. The study finds that the construction of modern vocational school system in some vocational schools has fallen into the predicament of lacking institutional norms, limited autonomous management power, lacking of organizational structure of democratic management and social participation form is single. To change the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of running vocational
schools, it is necessary to give full play to the government's governing function, implement the main position of vocational schools, and improve the relevant institutional safeguards.
