【摘要】Objective:To explore the value of three-dimensional ultrasound technique in the types of the Dandy-Walker Syndrome .Method:47 puerperas in our hospital were chosen as the experiment group , the various types of those DWS fetuses were examed by three-dimensional ultrasound .Result:According to the three-dimensional ultrasound technique , there were 26 Dandy-Walker Malformation cases;10 Dandy-Walker Variant and 10 megacisterna Magna patients ,which were almost the same as the truth .The overall di-agnosis rate of three-dimensional ultrasound was 97.70%, and the diagnosis rate of two-dimensional ultra-sound was 80.85%, the diagnosis rate of three-dimensional ultrasound method was significantly higher thantwo-dimensional ultrasound method , the difference had significant difference ( P <0.05) .Conclusion:The application of the three-dimensional ultrasound technique is very helpful for the correct diagnosis of Dandy -Walker syndrome subtypes .%目的：探讨三维彩色超声在产前诊断胎儿丹－沃综合征各亚型中的临床应用价值。

方法：选取本院产前诊断时初步发现的47例Dandy－Walker综合征孕妇，采用三维超声检测法明确诊断并对其进行具体亚型的归属与分析。

结果：三维超声结果显示，
47例患者中有典型性患者26例、变异型患者10例及单纯颅后窝池增宽型患者
10例，整体确诊率为97．70％，而二维超声结果确诊率为80．85％，三维超声法的确诊率明显高于二维超声法，差异具有显著性差异（ P＜0．05）。

结论：三维超声在产前确诊胎儿Dandy－Walker综合征亚型方面具有极大的临床应用价值。
