6月20日上午，市政府外办组织党员干部赴歌乐山
烈士陵园、红岩魂陈列馆开展革命传统教育。

办党组成员、副巡视员、机关党委书记王广成，副巡视员马勇，及办机关、直属事业单位50余名党员干部，怀着十分崇敬的心情参加了教育活动。

全体党员统一佩戴党徽，表情肃穆，怀着沉重心情来到烈士墓前，向先烈们敬献花圈、鞠躬、默哀。

烈士墓前，面对党旗、面对革命先烈，全体党员郑重举起右手，向鲜红党旗宣誓，重温入党誓言。

王广成指出，面对革命先烈，唯有不忘初心，方可告慰历史、告慰先烈。

我们外事人一定要弘扬红岩精神，坚定理想信念，奋发担当作为，矢志不渝推动全市外事港澳友协事业向前发展，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦贡献自己的力量。

—哥伦比亚经贸合作论坛在外事大楼举行
6月18日上午，中国（重庆）—哥伦比亚经贸合作论坛在重庆外事大楼举行。

哥伦比亚驻华大使蒙萨尔韦、市商务委副主任熊林、哥伦比亚驻华大使馆商务参赞仝泰丽、商务部外贸发展局处长苗华伟出席并致辞。

论坛由市政府外办副主任张娅茜主持。

论坛期间，双方详细介绍了各自的经济贸易、优势产业、投资政策等情况。

哥伦比亚代表团向重庆市重点推介了今年11月将在哥伦比亚首都波哥大举办的中国商品（哥伦比亚）展。

该展会由商务部外贸发展局承办，重庆将作为主宾市出席展会。

与会嘉宾积极交流，重庆市多家企业表示对参展以及在哥伦比亚开展经贸往来感兴趣。

市贸促会、相关区县以及我市73家企业，共120余人参加论坛。

5月31日，意大利驻重庆总领事馆在重庆举办国庆招待
会，市人大常委会副主任杜黎明、意大利驻重庆代总领事康达城出席并致辞, 市政府外办副主任唐文，以及有关市级部门、高校、企业相关负责人及多国驻渝领事官员共计150余人出席此次活动。

杜黎明在致辞中表示，近年来，重庆与意大利双边投资和贸易往来持续增长，人文交流和人员往来不断密切，学术交流和科技合作不断加强。

他期待，未来双方继续携手合作，为重庆与意大利友好关系发展培育更加艳丽的花朵，让中意友谊不断焕发新的生机。

康达城表示，在今年年初习近平主席访意期间，中意两国成功签署了“一带一路”谅解备忘录，标志着中意关系将开启新的篇章。

意大利和重庆各层级人员往来密切，各领域合作蓬勃发展。

明年是中意建交50周年，希望意大利与重庆保持紧密合作，沿着过去50年共同走过的道路继续前行，在双方已有的成就上添光加彩。

等教育发展与回顾：纪念中美建交40周年”为主题的“中美大学校长论坛”活动，来自美国25所大学、中国73所大学的260余名代表参会。

重庆师范大学党委书记曾礼和美国特洛伊大学校长杰克·霍金斯分别就各自高校的国际交流情况作了详细介绍。

中国教育国际交流协会出国留学服务分会理事长岑建君在讲话中总结了近20年来中美教育交流的变化、点评了目前中美经贸形势下对学生流动的影响，并展望了中美未来交流合作的发展趋势。

论坛期间，相关参会中美高校校长就中美关系对本校产生的影响、目前和未来学生流动趋势，以及如何平衡和加强高等教育国际合作伙伴关系等议题开展了专题研讨。

On the morning of June 20th, the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government organized party cadres to carry out revolutionary traditional educational activities at the Martyrs Cemetery of Gele Mountain and the Hongyan Soul Exhibition Hall. Wang Guangcheng, party member of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, deputy inspector and secretary of the party committee of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, Ma Yong, deputy inspector, and more than 50 party cadres of the foreign affair office and directly affiliated institutions, participated in the educational activities with great reverence.

The China-US University Presidents Forum Held in Chongqing Normal University
On June 19th, Ma Yong, deputy inspector of Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, was invited to attend the “China-US University Presidents Forum”. With the theme of “China-US Higher Education Development and Review: Commemorating the 40th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and the United States, the meeting gathered more than 260 delegates from 25 America universities and 73 Chinese universities.
Zeng Li, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chongqing Normal University, and Jack Hawkins, President of Troy University, gave a detailed introduction on the foreign exchanges with other universities. Cen Jianjun, Chairman of the Overseas Study Service Branch of China Education International Exchange Association, summarized the changes in China-US educational exchanges over the past 20 years and the impact of current bilateral economic and trade landscape on student’s mobility, and also predicted the future development trend of mutual exchanges and cooperation.
During the forum, the two presidents held a special discussion on the impact of China-US relations on both universities, on the current and future student’s mobility trends, and the ways to balance and even strengthen international partnerships for higher education.
