【摘要】目的：总结妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤超声及手术病理特征。

方法选取我院在2014年6月～2015年6月收治的100例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤孕妇的超声表现、手术治疗方法和妊娠结果进行总结。

结果100例孕妇里妊娠期超声检查发现53例65个卵巢肿瘤，剖宫产手术发现47例47个卵巢囊肿。

结论妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤一般都是良性的，超声多表现为单侧肿瘤、且肿瘤形态规则、边界十分清晰、内壁没有乳头状的突起，少部分交界性和低度恶性肿瘤超声表现为单侧肿瘤、形态规则、边界清晰、内壁可以看见乳头状突起。

妊娠期超声诊断卵巢肿瘤可以为临床治疗提供有效的治疗方案。

%Objective To summary ultrasonographic and pathological features of pregnancy associated with ovarian tumor.Methods Chose 100 patients of pregnancy associated with ovarian tumor who were treated in hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 as study subjects and then made a summary on their ultrasonographic presentations,surgery treatment methods and their pregnancy results.Results Of all 100 researched patients,there were 53 pregnant patients with 65 ovarian tumors to be diagnosed by ultrasound and the rest 47 patients with 47 ovarian tumors were diagnosed in cesarean section surgery.Conclusion Pregnancy associated with ovarian tumors are benign in general and most of them are ultrasonically diagnosed to be unilateral with regular shape
and clear boundary without papillary projections inside. While,several borderline tumors and low-grade malignant tumors are ultrasonically diagnosed to be unilateral with regular shape and clear boundary with papillary projections inside. Thus,ultrasound diagnosis provide effective treatment prescription for clinical treatment of pregnancy associated with ovarian tumor.
