A Dialogue in Primary School。

One sunny day, two primary school students, Lily and Tom, were walking home from school.
Lily: Hi, Tom! How was your day at school today?
Tom: Hi, Lily! It was great! We learned about plants and how they grow. What about you?
Lily: I had a good day too. Our teacher taught us how to write a story.
Tom: That sounds interesting. Can you tell me about it?
Lily: Sure. We learned that a story has a beginning, middle, and end. We also learned about characters and setting.
Tom: Wow, I didn't know that. Maybe I'll try to write a story too.
Lily: You should! It's really fun. What did you learn about plants?
Tom: We learned about photosynthesis and how plants make their own food. We also learned about different types of plants, like trees and flowers.
Lily: That's cool. I love flowers. They're so pretty.
Tom: Yeah, me too. Hey, do you want to come over to my house and play video games?
Lily: Sorry, I can't. I have to go to piano practice.
Tom: Oh, okay. Maybe we can play tomorrow?
Lily: Sure, that sounds great. See you tomorrow!
Tom: See you!
As they waved goodbye, Lily and Tom continued on their separate ways, looking forward to the next day at school.。
