【摘要】目的：观察治痛风颗粒治疗高脂血症合并高血压病及高尿酸血症临床疗
效及安全性，为临床这类患者治疗方案选择提供参考。

方法选取2015年5月～2016年3月我院收治的高脂血症合并高尿酸血症患者60例作为研究对象，将其
随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。

对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙和苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片和（或）酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗，观察组采用治痛风颗粒联合阿托伐他汀钙和苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片和（或）酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗，两组患者均连续治疗8周，比较两组患者治疗前后的血脂（总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇）血尿酸、血压变化情况并比较，统计两组患者治疗期间的药物不良反应并比较。

结果两组患者治疗前胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及血压、血尿酸水平比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗8周后，两组患者上述指标均较治疗前降低，但观察组患者上述指标均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

两组患者治疗期间，观察组共8例药物不良反应，对照组共8例药物不良反应，两组
患者不良反应经临床对症处理后消失，未影响后续治疗，两组患者药物不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

结论治痛风颗粒治疗高脂血症合并高血压病和高尿酸血症患者可有效降低患者的血脂和血压及血尿酸水平，缓解患者症状，并不增加患者的药物不良反应，是安全、可靠的治疗高脂血症合并高血压病高尿酸血症患者的治疗方案。

%ObjectiveTo observe the effect and safety of
zhitongfeng. Granules in the treatment of hyperlipidemia compbined with hypertension and high uric acid hematic disease,to provide the reference for clinical patients with hyperlipidemia with high uric acid hematic disease.Methods60 cases of hyperlipidemia complicated with hyperuricemia in our hospital from May 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium treatment and levamlodipinebesylate tablets and(or)metoprolol tartrate tablets,the observation group was treated with zhitongfeng. Granules combined with atorvastatin calcium treatment and and levamlodipinebesylate tablets and(or)metoprolol tartrate tablets,two groups of patients were treated for 8 weeks,two groups were compared before and after treatment of blood uric acid and blood lipids(total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol)changes and statistical comparison,two groups of patients during the period of adverse drug reactions and comparison. Results The serum cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol and blood pressureand uric acid levels had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),after 8 weeks of treatment,the two groups in the above table are significantly lower than before treatment, but the patients in the observation group the above indexes were significantly lower than the control group,there were significant differences between the formation of the significance(P<0.05). During the treatment of patients in the two groups,the observation group had 8 cases
of adverse drug reaction,the control group had 8 cases of adverse drug reactions,the adverse reactions of the two groups after the clinical symptomatic treatment disappeared,did not affect the subsequent treatment,two groups of patients with adverse drug reaction rate had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhitongfeng granules combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with hyperlipidemia and hypertension and hyperuricemia can effectively reduce blood lipid and blood pressure andblood uric acid level,aleviate symptoms,does not increase the adverse drug reactions of patients,treatment of hyperlipidemia andhypertension is safe and reliable with high uric acid in patients with the treatment plan.
