This Deportation Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this ______ day of ______, 20______, by and between:
______ (the "Deportee"), an individual currently residing at ______, and
______ (the "State"), a sovereign entity represented by its Ministry of Interior, located at ______.
WHEREAS, the Deportee has been found to be in violation of the immigration laws of the State;
WHEREAS, the State has determined that the Deportee is subject to deportation;
WHEREAS, the Deportee wishes to voluntarily depart the State and return to their country of origin or another country of their choice;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
Article 1: Voluntary Departure
1.1 The Deportee hereby agrees to voluntarily depart from the State on or before ______ (the "Departure Date").
1.2 The Deportee acknowledges that failure to depart by the Departure Date may result in involuntary deportation proceedings.
Article 2: Travel Arrangements
2.1 The State agrees to facilitate the Deportee's travel arrangements to the country of origin or another country of the Deportee's choice.
2.2 The Deportee shall provide the State with all necessary information and documentation to secure travel arrangements.
Article 3: Financial Assistance
3.1 The State agrees to provide the Deportee with a one-time financial assistance in the amount of $______ (the "Assistance Amount") to cover travel expenses and initial resettlement costs.
3.2 The Assistance Amount shall be paid to the Deportee upon departure from the State.
Article 4: Compliance with Laws
4.1 The Deportee agrees to comply with all laws and regulations of the State until their departure.
4.2 The Deportee agrees to refrain from any activities that may jeopardize their voluntary departure or the State's interests.
Article 5: Waiver of Rights
5.1 The Deportee hereby waives any and all rights to contest the deportation decision or to seek any form of relief from the State.
5.2 The Deportee acknowledges that this waiver is knowing and voluntary.
Article 6: Confidentiality
6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the terms of this Agreement.
6.2 Disclosure of the Agreement's terms is prohibited except as required by law or with the written consent of both parties.
Article 7: Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State.
Article 8: Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full
force and effect.
Article 9: Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
Article 10: Amendments
This Agreement may not be amended except by a written instrument signed by both parties.
Article 11: Notices
All notices under this Agreement shall be in writing and
shall be deemed effective upon delivery to the addresses set forth below:

Article 12: Counterparts
This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same Agreement.
