Influences of Wenxin Fulv Decoction and Valsartan on the Changes of Blood Pressure and Heart Rate in Hypertension Complicated with Tachyarrhythmia LI Meng,JIANG Junwen,XU Gang Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shenyang 110031,Liaoning,China Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Wenxin Fulv decoction(WFD) and valsartan on the changes of blood pressure and heart rate in hypertension complicated with tachyarrhythmia.Methods One hundred and six patients with hypertension complicated with tachyarrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups: control group treated with valsartan, and treatment group treated with WFD and valsartan.The clinical efficacy,the effect of arrhythmia,blood pressure level,the change of heart rate,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group(90.57% vs 71.70% , P <0.05).The total effective rate of arrhythmia was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group(84.91% vs 64.15% , P <0.05).After treatment,the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,and heart rate in two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment,which were significantly lower in treatment group than that in control group( P <0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions was 7.55% in treatment group,and 5.66% in control group,and there was no significant difference between two groups( P >0.05).Conclusion WFD and valsartan can improve arrhythm-i a,stabilize blood pressure,and heart rate.Theyave safety and effective in patients with hypertension complicated with tachyarrhythmia. 稳心对血压和心率变化的影响

摘要:目的 观察稳心复律汤联合缬沙坦治疗高血压合并快速性心律失常疗效及 对 其 血 压 和 心 率 变 化 的 影 响。 方 法 选 取 在 本 院 心内科就诊的 106 例高血压合并快速性心律失常病人进行研究,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,观察组在对照 组基础上服用稳心复律汤治疗,比较两组治疗后临床疗效、心 律 失 常 疗 效、血 压、心 率 变 化 及 不 良 反 应 发 生 情 况。 结 果 治 疗 后 观 察组总有效率为 90.57% ,显著高于对照组的 71.70% (P <0.05);观 察 组 心 律 失 常 总 有 效 率 为 84.91% ,显 著 高 于 对 照 组 的 64.15% (P <0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压明显低于治疗前,观 察 组 显 著 低 于 对 照 组 (P < 0.05);治 疗 后,两 组 心 率 与 治 疗 前 比 较 明 显 降 低 ,观 察 组 显 著 低 于 对 照 组 (P < 0.05)。观 察 组 不 良 反 应 总 发 生 率 为 7.55% ,对 照 组 为 5.66% ,两 组 比 较 差 异 无 统 计 学 意 义 (P >0.05)。结论 稳心复律汤联合缬沙坦治疗高血压合并快 速 性 心 律 失 常,能 较 好 地 改 善 病 人 心 律 失 常,有 显 著 稳 定 血 压、心 率 的效果。 关 键 词 :高 血 压 ;心 律 失 常 ;稳 心 复 律 汤 ;缬 沙 坦 ;血 压 ;心 率
