z 清除机组上所有不必要的油脂及机油。堆积的 油脂及机油可能会导致过热和发动机损坏,产 生潜在的火灾隐患。

§1 产品概述DK 系列柴油发电机采用国际、国内著名品牌四冲程柴油发动机,发电机采用无刷自励磁方式,四极单轴承结构。
可提供22KW 至1800KW 的发电功率,广泛应用于工业、矿业、建筑、通讯、民用等各领域,即使在极恶劣的环境下也能很好地使用。
除了作为一般陆用固定发电机组之外,还可以作为车载机组,静音机组,移动机组及集装箱式机组之用。
1.1 机组代号含义举例:DKC1320柴油发电机组,其含义是:发动机采用Cummins (康明斯)品牌,额定备用功率为1320KW 、持续运行功率为1200KW ,频率为50Hz ,电压为400V/230V 三相四线基本型柴油发电机组(手动/自动模式,带充电器),由深圳市东康电力设备有限公司制造。

第一章安全手则操作发电机之前,需先阅读操作手册,并且熟悉你的设备,只有正确地操作并且维护设备,才能够达到安全、有效的运转。
许多意外伤害产生是由于没有遵循基本规则和安全守则。
燃油和油气非常容易起火●燃油管路必需有足够的安全保证,而且不会渗漏。
和发动机连接处必须用合格而防震的管路,此管路不可使用铜管;●确定所有燃油进油管路皆有控制阀;●检修蓄电池时不可吸烟,铅酸蓄电池会产生爆炸性的氢气,如果有电弧或吸烟的火花会立即发生爆炸。
发动机的排气有致命性●确保机组的通风系统顺畅;●提供一个适当的排烟系统来排放废气,经常目视或耳听检查排气系统是否泄露,并依照保养时间表,确定排气管固定安装好。
转动的机件会使人员重伤或死亡●在起动前的检查保养时,应断开蓄电池线,以防意外起动;●起动之前,应确保零部件的安全,检查其是否紧固牢靠,支架、管夹是否定位,风扇、传动皮带等转动件的护罩是否护好;电击可以使人员受伤或死亡●在维护和保养机组时,应关闭电力电源;在电气设备周围的金属或钢筋结构的地板上,应放置干燥的木版并垫上橡胶绝缘垫;●不允许穿潮湿的衣服和鞋子或皮肤潮湿时处理电气故障;●电压超过36V时,会造成人员伤亡或死亡。
不要擅自修改电气线路;●开关断开时,必须贴上明显标识,防止其他人员误操作,导致人员或设备发生事故;●发电机组不能直接连接到市电供电系统上,否则会造成设备和电力系统损坏或烧损。
安全预防:●在受压的情况下,发动机冷却液的沸点要比一般普通水高,在发动机运转时,千万不要打开水箱或热交换器的压力盖。
检修发动机时,如果需要打开压力盖,必须先让发动机冷却,使压力释放出来后,再打开压力盖;●柴油机内含有导致癌症及其其他有害物质,当检查机组加油或泄油时,不要吸入柴油;●润滑油内含有导致癌症及其其他有害物质,当检查机组加油或泄油时,不要吸入润滑油;●发动机附近不要放置纸屑、布条等等,防止杂物引起火灾;●发电机组上不要放置所有不必要的油脂和润滑油;●发动机排放的废气会导致癌症或其他上海,不要吸入废气,或将废气排入室内;●发电机组和机房应保持清洁,不应放置杂物。

概述概述::以下以下适用于所有用途的发动机适用于所有用途的发动机----新发动机起动前的说明1.加注燃油系统A.向燃油滤清器中加注清洁的柴油,柴油规格应符合国家标准。
B .检查进油管路的密封性。
C .检查并加注燃油箱。
2. 加注润滑系统A. 从增压器上卸下机油进油管,用50~60毫升干净润滑油润滑增压器轴承,再装回机油进油管。
B .向曲轴箱中加注机油至油尺上的低(L )和高位(H )之间。
机油盘或发动机必须使用原配的机油尺。
3. 检查空气管路连接检查通往空气压缩机和空气设备(如装有)以及进排气系统密封性,所有的卡箍、接头都要紧固。
4. 检查并加注冷却液A .卸下散热器或热交换器盖,检查发动机冷却液液位。
如需要予以添加。
B .检视冷却液的渗漏清况;打开DCA 水清器的截流阀(从OFF 位置转向ON 位置)---新发动机的走合康明斯发动机在出厂发运前已在测功器上进行了试运转,因而可以直接投入使用。
但如果操作者在最初的100 工作小时内按下列条件操作,则可获得最长的使用寿命。
1.尽可能长时间地让发动机在3/4油门负荷范围以下工作。
2.避免发动机长时间怠速运转或在最大马力下工作超过5分钟。
3.养成操作时密切注视发动机仪表的习惯,如果机油温度达到121℃或冷却液温度超过88℃时应关小油门。
4.在走合期间内,每10小时检查一次机油油面。
维护和保养要求进气系统——必须确保进气系统清洁干净——检查进气系统是否有漏气的可能性——定期检查管路和卡箍有无损坏和松动——根据环境灰尘污染状况和进气阻力指示器的指示保养空气滤芯,检查空气滤芯橡胶密封圈和滤纸,保证其处于最佳状态——如果使用压缩空气清扫空气滤芯,必须由内向外吹扫,压缩空气压力不要超过500KPa,以免损坏滤芯,滤清器清洁次数超过5次必须予以更换。

z 在活动部件附近工作或操作电气设备时,不要 穿着宽松的衣服,不要佩带首饰。宽松的衣服 和首饰可能会挂住活动部件。
z 如果必须在设备运行时进行调整,应对高温歧 管、运动部件等部位格外注意。
不要在易燃易爆的环境下进行操作
z 禁止在发动机运行状态下向油箱中加油,除非 油箱位于发动机机房外。燃油如果溅到高温发 动机或排气管上,将成为引发火灾的隐患。
z 发电机组或油箱附近禁止明火、吸烟、工作灯、 火花、电弧设备以及其它火源。
z 必须确保燃油管安装牢固、无泄漏。发动机与 燃油管之间需要有软管连接。不要在柴油油路 中使用镀锌管或铜质燃油管。
z 清除机组上所有不必要的油脂及机油。堆积的 油脂及机油可能会导致过热和发动机损坏,产 生潜在的火灾隐患。
z 保持发电机组及周围环境的清洁,周围不得有 障碍物。清除机组上的所有碎屑,保持地面清 洁干燥。
z 不要在身心疲惫时操作该设备,也不要在饮酒 或服用药物后操作设备,这些因素均可导致危 险操作。
z 操作电气部件时要格外小心。高压可能导致人 员伤亡。不要改动互锁开关。
z 应遵守本国与当地的电气规程。所有电气设备 只能由具备资质许可的电工进行操作。应锁定 断开的开关,以防意外闭合。
z 不要将发电机组与建筑的市电供电系统直接连 接,否则危险的高压会从发电机组流入市电网 络中。这可能造成触电事故或财产损失。只能 通过经认可的隔离开关或经认可的类似设备进 行连接。
z 确保所有供油管路都要安装有紧急切断阀。
z 在蓄电池部位附近进行维修工作之前,要确保 该区域通风良好。铅酸蓄电池会逸出易爆炸的 氢气,电弧、火花、吸烟等均能引爆逸出的氢 气。

康明斯/伟力柴油发电机组操作保养手册第一章引言1.安全守则起动发电机之前,需先认真阅读本操作手册,并熟悉该设备。
只有正确地操作和维护设备,才能够达到安全、有效运行的目的。
许多意外伤害事故的发生,往往是由于没有遵守基本的安全守则。
下列内容用以提醒操作维修人员可能出现的危险状况:1.1燃料和汽油非常容易起火不适当的操作会导致火灾和爆炸。
当发动机正在运转时,请勿往燃油箱添加燃油,除非燃油箱是在发电机房的外面。
燃油与热发动机、排气管等接触是非常危险的。
在发电机组或燃油箱附近不可抽烟或点火。
燃油管路必需有足够的安全保护措施,而且不允许渗漏。
燃油管路如需固定在发动机上,必须采用适当的隔震措施,并且燃油管路不允许使用铜管,因为连续振动,会导致铜管疲劳破裂。
确定所有燃油管路上皆装有控制阀。
检修电瓶时不可吸烟,铅酸蓄电池在充电时会产生爆炸性的氢气,如遇电弧或吸烟的火花会立即引起爆炸。
1.2 发动机排出的废气可以导致人员伤亡提供一个适当的排烟系统来排放发动机的废气,目视或耳听来检查排气系统是否有泄漏,并依照保养时间表,检查排气管并将其固定好,不可利用排出的废气来提高室温。
确定机组通风系统顺畅。
1.3 转动部件可能造成工作人员的伤亡在进行发电机起动前的检查保养时,为了防止意外起动,不可连接电瓶线。
要确定所有部件是否安全,是否上紧;支架、管夹是否固定到位;传动皮带、风扇等转动部件的护盖是否盖好等。
不要穿着宽松的衣服或金属饰物靠近会转动的机件及电气设备。
因为宽松衣服会被转动部件卷入,而金属饰物可能会使电气接点短路,从而使人员休克或灼伤。
如果需要调整的机器正在运转,请千万注意不要靠近发烫的部件或正在转动的零件。
1.4 电击可造成工作人员的死亡在打开电气设备的保护盖之前,先将电源关掉,并在电气设备周围的金属或钢筋结构的楼板上,放置干燥的木板、垫上橡胶绝缘垫后才可踩踏。
不可穿湿衣服(特别是湿鞋子)或是在皮肤潮湿时去处理电气故障。

康明斯主机操作规程“康明斯”主机操作规程(一)启动前的检查1.检查主机机油位置必须在油尺H和L之间,不够时必须加注康明斯专用机油。
2.检查主机冷却水箱防冷液必须在正常位置,不够时须加注。
3.检查离合器油位必须在正常位置,不够时须加注CC30机油。
4.检查清洗海底阀箱,海底滤器。
5.检查海水阀、燃油阀必须开妥,日用燃油柜油位必须在正常位置。
6.检查主机传动皮带必须正常。
(海水泵、淡水泵、发电机)7.检查尾轴油箱油位必须在正常位置。
8.盘尾轴,检查螺旋桨是否卡住。
(二)启动1.合上闸刀,打开主机上电源及启动开关,确认一切正常后按下启动按钮。
2.主机启动后,立即关闭主机上左面的启动开关,并按常规检查查看主机出水及排烟情况,有无泄漏、有无异常声响,并空车运转5分钟再使用。
3.主机动出后应尽量避免在怠速下运转超过5分钟,可将离合器脱开将转速适当提高,以使主机尽快达到正常的水温及油温,应避免启动后立即吃排加速航行。
主机正常水温应在74℃~93℃之间。
4.主机运转期间应特别注意离合器及尾轴的温度情况。
主机最高转速应控制在1600转/分较为理想。
(切勿长时间高转速行驶)5.正常航行前还须检查舵机液压油油位,加注时不要过多,以盖住零部件为准。
航行中应经常到舵机舱检查液压油有无泄漏情况。
6.经常排放燃油高位油箱及日用油箱中的残水,以保证油质可靠。
7.按时记录下有关主机运转的参数。
(三)停车1.卸去负荷,脱排空车运转5分钟,待主机水温降下后,立即关闭主机仪表盘上右面的电源开关。
主机停车后拉下启动闸刀,关闭有关阀门。
2.机舱应保持经常通风。
注:航行中须经常检查液压油管系有无泄漏,否则会造成一定的后果。

第1章 PCC3100控制器介绍 系统概述PCC是康明斯电力系统发电机组上使用的以微处理器为基础的控制器,它提供燃油控制和发动机调速功能、主发电机输出电压调整和全套机组控制和监测。
它同时还提供隔离母排或市电(主用电源)并联电力系统的自动和半自动同步,以及自动负载分配控制功能。
操作软件控制发电机组及其性能特征,并通过数字式显示屏显示机组的运行状态,由前端面板上的按键进行控制或功能设定。
发电机组控制功能 下图显示出一部分控制功能,后面有更完整的方框图。
系统接线图参阅电路图。
PCC 经由磁电式转速传感器(MPU)和主定子的输入获取频率信号,控制盘送出一低功率脉冲宽度调制(PWM)信号到调速器输出模块,然后向发动机燃油控制器输出一个放大信号。
母排电压互感器模块将母排电压降低到大约18 VAC,并向控制盘提供一信号,作为发电机组与系统母排同步的参考信号。
由外部的电压/电流互感器(PT/CT)模块将发电机电压降至18 VAC,并经由电流互感器(CT)输出 电流产 生一个参考交流电压,通过电压调节向调 压器输出模块输出一个低功率PWM信号,然后向励磁机定子输出一个放大信号。
机油、冷却液和排烟温度由可变电阻传感器传送信号,机油压力由电容式传感器传送信号。
电路板和模块概述以下叙述有关PCC控制盘和附件箱内的电路板与模块的功能方框图显示了PCC系统的内部和外部部件。
静电放电将损坏电路板,当接触电路板或接插晶片时,请预先戴好手腕型接地环带。
电路板位置方框图数字电路板(A32)数字电路板包含控制盘用微处理器和操作软件,同时数字电路板还连接到控制盘内其它电路板。
数字电路板也为PCC 提供模拟信号与数字信号之间的转换。
开关S5 将开关推向左侧为接电模式,此时控制盘电源/操作软件一直通电,直到开关扳到备用模式。
建议在所有应用中始终将S5开关设在接电模式位置,除非不能提供辅助蓄电池充电。
向右推动此开关将PCC 切换到备用模式。

机械调速和电子调速的不同之处在于:电子调速能够通过控制单元(1·Fig.1.)来“感受”实际转速与设定转速的不同,将此差值变换传给执行单元(执行器)来调节燃油流量从而增加或降低发动机转速转速,使之保持在设定转速运行。

脉冲电压在1V AC~30V AC之间转速传感器的安装螺纹是5/8”-18 UNF-2A Fig.2. 传感器部分1、转速传感器2、飞轮齿控制器(调速板)电子控制器(调速板)的基本功能是:比较输入转速信号与设定值,然后将校正或不变的指令传输给执行器。
调速板有以下调节功能,只须将黑色圆胶盖打开即可进行调节:1、调节怠速转速“IDLE”,把端子“G”和“M”短接,调节电位器(4·Fig.3.),调节频率范围在1200-4100HZ之间,顺时针调节电位器将增加怠速转速。
2、运行速度调节“SPEED”,频率调节范围在100-6000HZ,顺时针调节将增加发动机转速。
上面的调节频率来自电磁传感器(转速传感器),频率值取决于发动机飞轮齿数和发动机转速。
