英文工作计划规划范文
我一直从事中学英语教学工作,并且担任班主任工作,其间还管理着学校的络。

在学校领导和同事们的关心和指导下,我的工作取得了些许进步和成绩。

但与此同时,我深深感到自己还有很多不足之处,还有很多方面需要好好学习。

一、我分析一下自己职业发展过程中的有利因素和不利因素。

有利因素:我毕业即从事初中英语教学工作,事业心强,思想上进,热爱教育教学工作,能全身心地投入到教育教学工作中;能很快地接受新的教育理念并将新理念加以运用,课堂教学水平提高显著,业务能力明显提高;师德意识牢固树立。

不利因素:第一,英语学科知识有待进一步提高,尤其是英语口语的应用不能做到得心应手。

第二,教育教学技术、技能还有待提高,对个别问题学生的教育上有时缺乏耐心与艺术性。

第三,学习上对自己有所放松懈怠,教育科研能力较弱,对教学的思考与研究还停留在较浅层面上。

第四,工作缺乏创造性。

二、发展规划
首先,树立正确的师德修养观念。

因为教师的道德品格、人格对学生的成长甚至一生都有重要的影响。

我一直认为“爱岗敬业、热爱学生、以身作则、为人师表、诲人不倦、
无私奉献”的精神,是一个教师必须树立的师德观。

其次,作为英语老师,在学识上"广开门路"、"广种博收",努力提高专业知识水平显得尤为重要。

为此,我要积极听各种讲座,参加各种培训,坚持不断学习,尽快提高专业化水平,力求扎实的学术根底,广阔的学术视野,不断更新知识、追逐学术前沿的意识,努力适应今天新时代对老师的更高的要求。

再次,我积极了解教育改革的趋势,关心教育新动向,努力更新教育理念,积极贯彻实施教育教学新理念。

我打算以问题为纽带,让学生成为课堂的主体,实施自主、合作、探究式学习,充分调动学生学习的积极性,引导学生学会学习,进一步开发学生的想象和创造能力。

在整个课堂教学中,教师只是引导者。

最后,我将认真钻研教材上好每一节课,坚持经常写教后感不断总结教学的得与失,积极听课以学习其他教师的优秀的教学方法,认真对待每一节公开课并主动积极听取其他教师的意见。

以此来不断提升自己的业务能力。

三、实现个人目标
我将积极实施以上规划,利用有利因素积极发展,努力提高业务,克服不利因素,求真务实,争取实现个人发展目标成为一名优秀的人民教师。

终于真正走上了梦寐已久的讲台,心里的感觉是激动中夹杂着忐忑:既有对未来职业生涯的种种憧憬,又有对当下自身教学的不确定,既渴望得到同行的认同,又希望他们能针对自己的教学提出很多问题,使自己得以迅速的成长。

纵然心中豪情万丈,但是头脑中对自己未来三年的发展还是懵懂而模糊的,所以,为自己制定一份切实可行的专业发展计划就显得尤为重要了。

一.对教师发展的认识
个人认为,教师的发展不仅包括专业方面(如学科知识的学习,专业技能的强化和教学水平的提高)“知”的进步,同时包含自身对教师职业的认识﹑情感,等“情”方面的认同。

教师的发展不应仅仅局限于技术层面,更应该能从“人”的角度,从教师作为一个“人”的角度去看待。

二.自身状况分析
作为一个刚踏上讲台的新手,除了热情也似乎只有热情了。

从学科知识的储备上讲,初步具备了高中阶段教学所需的基础;从教学需要的知识上讲,“教学法”的理论性知识
占据了头脑大半,对教学实践的认识尚处在浅表的层面,甚至可以说是“零认识”。

且由于刚刚毕业,头脑中“学”的经验远远多于“教”的经验,如何迅速的转变角色,尽快适应教学生活,是我目前面对的最大现实问题。

三.专业发展规划目标
1.总体目标
在教学实践中,不断总结反思,了解各种课型的不同教法,通过自己“走出去”,即进入经验老师的课堂听课,和“请进来”即邀请经验老师到自己的课堂中听课,发现自身的不足,形成对教学的初步理解。

2.发展的具体目标
(1)师德目标
提高自身的职业道德素养,坚定献身教育的信念,力求做到师德高尚、师生平等,用自身的人格魅力给予学生积极的影响。

(2)专业化目标
第一,专业知识扎实,文化背景知识丰富。

第二,教学手段丰富,教学决策灵活,逐渐形成自身的教学风格
第三,教学反思及时
第四,具有终身学习意识和与他人合作的能力
第五,能够确定自身的发展方向
四、发展措施
1、坚持每天阅读专业书籍,提高专业素养
每天抽出一个小时的时间,坚持阅读专业书籍,及时记录阅读后的收获和体会,点滴积累专业知识。

2. 加强教育教学理论知识和实践的学习
每学期阅读一至两本教育理论专著,及时了解新的教育教学理念,做好相关学习笔记,认真做好每个学期的自身小课题研究;走入老教师的课堂,观摩,学习,体会他们在课堂上的教学行为背后的目的和意义,从对老教师的模仿,逐步形成具有个人特色的教学风格
3.养成及时反思的好习惯
随身携带笔记本,将自己对教学的反思及时记录下来,养成写反思日志的好习惯。

4. 加强沟通﹑交流
积极参加备课组内的相互听课、同年级与不同年级之间的交叉听课,保持开放的态度,加强与同行的沟通,学会与他人分享教学心得,形成合作意识。

5. 确定自身“教学研”的发展方向
教师的发展离不开讲台,也就是说,教师的发展根植于自身的教育教学实践。

逐渐学会以“教”促“学”,在“教”中发现“学”的问题,并以此为立足点,开展教育教学研究,将实践中
遇到的问题予以升华,(即为实际教学中的问题找到理论依据),将理论中学到的知识予以深化,(即将教学理论知识运用到实践中,使理论知识得以体现)。

总之,在今后的教学实践中,我会积极地学习和反思。

也相信在自身的不懈努力和大家的热心指导下,我会尽快胜任高中英语的教学工作,逐渐获得对教学的深入理解,在专业发展的道路上且行且进。
