在铝型材中间穿入隔热条，将铝型材断开形成断桥，有效阻止热量的传导。

隔热型材门窗的热传导性比非隔热型材门窗降低40～70％。

Principles and performances of broken bridge aluminium:
Penetrate insulating strip through the center of aluminium profile and cut it into broken bridges to effectively block the conduction of heat, which results a 40%-70% lower thermal conductivity compared with non-isolating profile.

⊙降低热量传导：采用隔热铝合金型材，其热传导系数为1.8～3.5W/m2/k/h大大低于普通铝合金型材140～170W/m2/k/h；采用中空玻璃结构，其热传导系数为3.17～3.59W/m2/k/h 大大低于普通铝合金型材6.69～6.84W/m2/k/h，有效降低了通过门窗传导的热量。
