把爱洒向每个学生心田。
“爱屋及乌”这一成语告诉人们,情感具有迁移功能。
而“亲其师,信其道”更明确指出,学生对教师的情感能改善学生对所学知识的倾向性。
教育实践证明,只要你心中有生,学生心中就会有你。
我参加教师工作,被任七年级(7)、(8)两个班的数学课,这两个班在全年级算是差班,入学考试时,七年级(7)数学有5位学生考0分,七年级(8)班有3个0分,我接班后,首对学生进行谈心,和他们谈理想、谈生活、谈学习巧门……用无私的爱去温暖学生,用严父的心态去激发学生,用慈母般的心去捕捉差生的闪光点,之后大加赞扬,以树立学生学习的信心,期末考试七年级(7班)数学获全年级第一名的好成绩,七年级(8)班获得全年级第二名,由此看来,我们教师首先要热爱自己的学生,把爱洒向每个学生的心田,成功的喜悦才会永远和你相伴。

例1.某人午觉醒来,发现表停了,他打开收音机,想听电台报时,求他等待的时间不多于10分钟的概率.
师生活动:先让学生独立思考,然后教师再作分析并求解.
设计意图:通过此题的求解归纳解几何概型问题的步骤: 先判断是否是几何概型;如果是,把实际问题中的度量关系转化成长度、面积、体积等形式;再根据几何概型计算公式算出概率.

师生活动:区别是基本事件的个数,联系是每个基本事件的发生都是等可能的。
设计意图:引导学生从已有知识经验出发,类比之前学习的古典概型问题,从基本事件的角度出发对问题进行分析.
问题2:在古典概型中可以用公式 进行计算,那么此题可以用该公式进行计算吗?为什么?
师生活动:不可以,这里的 都是无限的,不好度量,不便于运算.
设计意图:通过分析发现此问题还是一个等可能模型,不同的是基本事件的个数由有限个变成无限个,无法用数值刻画,从而形成认知冲突。

大爱无言——寻找身边的师德典范
我县五中的唐顺海,郴州市物理学科带头人,97年大学毕业后,一直在教学一线工作,连续九年担任高三毕业班班主任兼物理把关教师。曾荣获“湖南省优秀教师”、“全国高中物理竞赛优秀辅导教师”、“郴州市优秀园丁”、县“十佳模范教师”、“优秀党员”和“优秀班主任”等称号,荣立省二等功一次。
唐老师关爱学生,爱生如子早在五中乃至道县传为佳话。他把爱全部奉献给学生,从1997年至今,共资助46名贫困生现金两万一千元及衣物数十件,特别是收养了胡敏和乐萧两名特困学生,待他们象亲生儿女一样,给予他们无微不至的关怀,现在他们已成为国家栋梁之才。在2008年初的冰冻雪灾中,班上李玉萍、程小莉等6名同学的父母在外打工不能回家,唐老师把他们接到家里一起过春节,使他们感受到家的温暖,尤其是给美术生何艺同学辅导文化课,帮助他树立必胜的信心,关心他的日常生活,今年7月,何艺同学以优异的成绩考上清华大学。作为班主任,唐老师总是为患病学生拿药、熬药,每年每学期都要下乡劝学,特别是到那些家境贫困的学生家去。2002年9月,他顶着酷暑到白马渡镇樟武坊村劝学,在返回途中经大阳村时,由于胃出血当场晕倒在村旁,后被村民送到镇医院才苏醒,《道州报》对他的劝学事迹作了详细报道。每学期他班的学生巩固率为百分之百。近几年来,唐老师所担任班主任的班级上一、二本线人数每年均达三十人以上,在郴州市同类学校中班级本科上线率名列全市第一,其中所资助的胡敏、乐萧和李浩东同学都考上了重点大学。
