一个系统中可分离及排除的气体量与系统的流速和压力相关，当流速和压力降低时排气量也随之上升。
在系统按可允许最高流速循环25次后，几乎所有的空气均从微泡排气阀中排除，排气比例因系统压力不一而略有区别。
剩余的少量气体将在系统接下来正常循环中排除。在流速更低或温度更高的情况下，排气量还将更高。

ARVX微量排气阀
一、ARVX微量排气阀概述
（ARVX）微量排气阀用于管路上的最高点或弯头或有闭气的地方，来排除管内的气体来疏通管道，达到正常工作。

如不装此阀，管道随时出现气阻，使管道出现水容量达不到设计要求，其次；管道在运转时出现停电、停泵管道及时出现负压力会引起管道振动或破裂。

排、进气阀就迅速把空气吸入管内，防止管道振动或破裂。

作用原理：当水进入管路时，塞头停在定位下部，进行大量排气，当空气排完时，水进入阀门把球浮起，传动塞头到关闭，停止排气。

管道在正常运转时自然会产生少量气体，这些气体会聚集到管内上部，到相当程度，阀内水位下降，浮球顺水下降气体从小孔排出，如出现停电、停泵，管道内水流空时会出现负压，浮球顺水下降，打开小孔进行大量进气确保管道安全。

⼯作原理当系统中有空⽓时，⽓体聚集在排⽓阀的上部，阀内⽓体聚积，压⼒上升，当⽓体压⼒⼤于系统压⼒时，⽓体会使腔内⽔⾯下降，浮筒随⽔位⼀起下降，打开排⽓⼝；⽓体排尽后，⽔位上升，浮筒也随之上升，关闭排⽓⼝如拧紧阀体上的阀帽，排⽓阀停⽌排⽓，通常情况下，阀帽应该处于开启状态，也可以与隔断阀配套使⽤，便于排⽓阀的检修。

特点解读 1.排⽓阀的浮筒采⽤的是低密度的PPR和复合材料，此材料即使长时间在⾼温⽔的浸泡下也不会产⽣变形。

不会造成浮筒活动困难。

2.浮筒杠杆采⽤硬质塑料，杠杆与浮筒和⽀座之间的联接都采⽤活动联接，故不会在长期运⾏时产⽣锈蚀，导致系统不能⼯作⽽发⽣漏⽔。

3.杠杆的密封端⾯部分是采⽤弹簧⽀撑，可以随杠杆的运动相应伸缩，保证在不排⽓的情况下的密封性。

4.排⽓阀在安装时，最好跟隔断阀⼀起安装，这样当需要拆下排⽓阀进⾏检修时，能保证系统的密闭，⽔不致外流。

对夹式蝶阀
对夹式蝶阀
蝶阀的蝶板安装于管道的直径方向。在蝶阀阀体圆柱形通道内，圆盘形蝶板绕着轴线旋转，旋转角度为0 ° ~ 9 0 ° 之间，旋转到9 0 ° 时，阀门则牌全开状态。

采用偏心结构，减少密封圈的磨擦，延长阀门的使用寿命。
密封结构设计合理，达到完成密封，泄漏为零，能适应较恶劣工况。
更换阀板密封圈、“0”形圈、蝶板、转
轴等材质，可适用多种介质和不同温度。特别是采用不锈钢材质钢环，既防腐又耐磨，使适用范围更加广泛。
适用温度 ℃ - 10～+120 适用介质淡水、污水、空气等
蝶阀结构简单、体积小、重量轻，只由少数几个零件组成。而且只需旋转9 0 ° 即可快速启闭，操作简单，同时该阀门具有良好的流体控制特性。蝶阀处于完全开启位置时，蝶板厚度是介质流经阀体时唯一的阻力，因此通过该阀门所产生的压力降很小，故具有较好的流量控制特性。蝶阀有弹密封和金属的密封两种密封型式。弹性密封阀门，密封圈可以镶嵌在阀体上或附在蝶板周边。
本阀门工作时靠液压缸的液体压力失去活塞，使活塞杆上下运动松紧缓冲弹簧连动阀杆带动阀板，作垂直于流体的直线位移来达到启闭目的。关闭阀板时应在油压缸上端加压，活塞与阀杆作由上向下运动，反之开启阀板时，应在缸的下端加压，活塞与阀杆作由下向上运动。
蝶阀
30年代，美国发明了蝶阀，50年代传入日本，到60年代才在日本普遍采用，而在我国推广则是70年代后的事了。目前世界上一般在DN300毫米以上蝶阀已逐渐代替了闸阀（注：消防泵的进水管道不能用蝶阀）。蝶阀与闸阀相比有开闭时间短，操作力矩小，安装空间小和重量轻。以DN1000为例，蝶阀约2T，而闸阀约3.5T，且蝶阀易与各种驱动装置组合，有良好的耐久性和可靠性。
