使用点阵识别器,能够自动识别当前状态下音量的大小,并自动调节音量大小。

在进行设置时,我们可以将点阵识别器设置为最大音量。

如果你想要调节音量调节为最大音量,请在点阵识别器的指针显示的地方进行设置。

否则的话,就需要手动调节音频比例了。

此外,在输入音频信号时,我们也可以将音量调节至最大,然后将音量降至最低。

PGA2310电子音量控制器此前级包含一块控制板和前级主板。

控制板硬件部分包含:ATMAGE16主控芯片,LCD1602液晶屏幕,EC11带按键旋转编码器,桥式整流和LM1117-5稳压IC,红外接收头及其他阻容元件。

控制板的特性和优点:1、此控制板是针对此配套PGA2310前级主板开发的,除此之外无须改动可兼容替换市面上所有采用PGA2310,PGA2311,PGA4311,CS3310等芯片的产品。

2、控制板上包含有独立的整流稳压电路,即可单独采用交流5~8V或直流5-12V(只需断开整流部分)为控制板提供电源。

3、多达7路的继电器控制输出,其中3组作为前级主板上的音源输入切换,1组作为音源输出,另外3组为扩展输出控制,可用作本机电源或其他设备(诸如CD,后级功放等设备电源控制)的控制。

4、作为唯一的面板操作器件--EC11旋转编码器,大大简化操作面板。

可实现360度旋转音量调节,音源切换及系统菜单设置。

(具体设置操作方式,见后),手感和可操作性优于普通电位器。

5、自主开发的控制程序。

极具人性化和可操作性。

6、代表本机先进性的控制设置,3级菜单显示,实现3路音源切换、静音、最大和最小增益设定(-91.5dB--31.5dB)、音量步进值设定(0.5dB--10dB)、音量显示3种模式设定(步近值、百分比、dB)。

每路音源可单独定义音量值。

以上的每种设定都能自动保存,以便断电后再次开机仍然为上一次的设定。

7、代表本机先进性的红外设置,可采用市面上或现有常见的大部分红外遥控器(只要NEC 编码格式的),对每个单独操作功能进行红外对码,任意按键设置(屏幕显示遥控按键编码,这对爱好和编写单片机红外遥控程序的人来说很有意义)。

用户无需订购专用的红外遥控器,只要利用手头剩余遥控器或与其他电器剩余的遥控器按键整合。

在节省成本同时,便于日后遥控器损坏和丢失等问题的解决。

8、鉴于ATMAGE16强大性能,控制板仍预留10组IO接口,在升级程序后可以将输入或输出接口扩展达17组,也就是说可再增加遥控至少10台设备。

珏龙韵DA10全平衡解码、耳放、前级一体机

锂龙韵DA10全平衡解码、耳放、前级一体机文/剑豪锤龙韵以十五年的经验沉淀,在成功开发基于AK4497芯片的系列解码器后,又推出以全自主研发的FPGA为核心的新一代旗舰解码、耳放、前级一体机一DA10o它采用了大型FPGA进行数据FIFO缓存、飞秒时钟PLL同步等先进数字技术,支持DSD512,PCM768KHz解码。

DA10的数字核心部分由自主研发FPGA进行信号重整,数据FIFO缓存处理。

以内置的飞秒级精度的低噪声时钟为基准,对信号时钟和数据分别PLL锁相同步、去抖动处理之后再由AK4497解码。

凭借丰富的设计经验,以FPGA高度集成资源、灵活的I0分配,精心设计优化的信号走线分布,使DA10的数字信号处理性能相当卓越。

模拟电路中的LPF使用的运放是超低失真的0PA1611和0PA1612O缓冲输出使用大电流低失真的OPA1622,能充分驱动和搭配各种不同的后端使用。

在耳机放大和前级放大模式下,使用高精度低失真的PGA2311控制音量。

电源使用50W Plitron变压器,多达23组低噪声电源处理分配整机供电,AK4497的模拟和基准电源供电使用的是噪声低至1.7nV的ADM7150,精密的供电方案使整机具有很高的信噪比和低失真度。

DA10的USB部分采用XMOS XU208,配合FPGA进行数据FIFO缓存,同步低噪声高精时钟PLL去抖动处理,性能优异、兼容性好、稳定可靠,加上更稳定和更靓声的theyscon定制驱动,可支持DSD512、PCM768KHz。

DA10的耳放部分独立于解码单独供电!使用全分立元件电路,类似电子管音色的JFET场效应管高阻抗输入,恒流源偏流精密微调,热耦合温度补偿,MJD243,253大电流低阻抗输出,四路全直流甲类平衡放大,研发时使用热成像仪监控温度变化,精心调整每一级电路,使其工作在最佳的动力性能和声音听感状态,驱动强劲,声音自然。

PGA2311PA:控制精度上,比机械电位器高出100倍,比继电器分流的电阻阵也最小高出10倍,精度<千分之一音质上,因为是BB 发烧级产品,无任何开关失真,失真低于万分之一寿命上,机械电位器存在磨损,用继电器控制也是越用时间长触点电阻越大此电路是智能化的,在0DB以下不启PGA2311U内部放大,只启动内部电阻阵列控制音量,可连接其它前级使用,这时它只等效一个电位器。

遥控到>0DB时,使它内部超级放大器自动启动PGA2311U做前级放大,最大为31DB。

音量范围:-96DB-+31.5DB音量控制,遥控,手动均可操作,总计127档;
PGA2311PA:采用DIP直插,±5V 供电,该板在放大状态下的最大输出不失真电压为3.3v(有效值),足以直接驱动后级功放。

中波发射台集成化音频前端的设计集成化音频前端,主要是把主备音频信号切换、分配、监听、监看、监测、音频处理、发射机调幅度的自动调整、“三满”播出状态实时跟踪监控及异态报警、自台播出质量的无线监测功能为一体的嵌入式智能化监控系统。

该系统极大地简化了设备间的连线,有效降低了设备故障率和运行维护成本,在根本上提高了音频前端的智能化、自动化程度。

有效提高了播出质量,有效防止了各类播出事故。

标签:集成化音频前端;信号的按权限智能切换;高速音频采集;多串口服务器;远程监控保证信号源安全,是各中波发射台安全播出环节中最重要环节之一。

中波发射台发射机的信号源部分也叫音频前端,其设备众多、连线复杂凌乱、设备功能单一、智能化及集成化程度低是其主要弊端。

为了克服以上弊端,进一步提高安全播出质量,我中心研发了《中波发射台集成化音频前端》设备;该设备已通过了国家广电总局相关部门的质量监测认证,并在新疆37个中波发射台推广应用一年来,在“三满”播出工作中,起到了不可替代重要作用的同时,在有效提高了播出质量,有效防止各类播出事故,减轻一线值班人员的劳动强度等方面也发挥了很好的作用。

众所周知,大部分中波发射台的信号主要由主、备卫星信号,微波信号及光缆信号等四路信号组成。

台站根据各路信号质量,把它们分为主路信号、第一备路信号、第二备路信号、第三备路信号等若干等级,需要时按其等级权限切换使用。

我中心研发的集成化音频前端,主要是把主备音频信号切换、分配、监听、监看、监测、音频处理、发射机调幅度的自动调整、“三满”播出状态实时跟踪监控及异态报警、自台播出质量的无线监测功能为一体的嵌入式智能化监控系统。

系统除了音频接收机之外的所有前端设备的功能集成到一部4U和一部2U的标准机箱之内,极大地简化了设备间的连线,节省了设备安放空间,有效降低了设备故障率和运行维护成本,根本上提高了音频前端的智能化、自动化程度。

集成化音频前端的主要功能:(1)音频信号的分配、幅度监测、显示及监听。

试玩PIC12F675单片机手记一直想玩单片机却苦于找不到合适的入门机会,对于业余爱好者,兴趣是最好的老师,啃书本只能解解馋,要真刀真枪的动手实践还是需要合适的题材。

音响中的电子音量控制玩了不少,TC9153、TDA1524、TA7630、LM1036、LM4610、M51132……,更高级的,用于专业音响的,国内为人熟悉的不外乎CS3310、PGA2311以及高电压版本的PGA2310,非常巧的是,这三者的引脚也是兼容的,只是它们需要单片机来进行控制,专业音响大都是系统控制而非仅仅进行音量控制,控制电路都比较复杂,对于一个单片机门外汉来说,难度太大。

因此虽然对它们心仪已久,却一直没有动手捉刀的机会。

图1 iraudamp5 评估板及其音量控制有一天,在欣赏IR(InternationaRectifier,国际整流器)公司的双声道D类功率放大器(iraudamp5)时,无意间发现评估板上竟然有CS3310。

仔细研究发现,音量控制是一个单联电位器,通过一个双列直插的8脚IC对CS3310进行控制,型号是3310S06S,如图1所示。

急忙查找3310S06S的资料,发现这个IC是日本的一个公司开发的,公司的英文名称是Tachyonix,不但生产控制CS3310及其引脚兼容的控制IC,还有控制欧胜公司的WM8816的IC,型号是8816S06,基本思路都是利用集成ADC(Analog Digital Converter,模拟/数字转换器)的单片机把数字控制方式变为模拟电压控制,即电子音量控制。

用简单的方法单独对这些高素质的音量控制IC进行控制,虽然功能简单,但是对发烧友来说,却是非常适合的,这个方法也正是笔者所梦寐以求的。

然而遗憾的是,这个公司的产品目前还只能从日本购买。

图2是3310S06S的一般应用电路原理图,图3是5.1声道音量控制的电路板实物。

CS3310都可以直接并联用于两声道以上的控制,因此一片控制IC可以同时对多个数字音量IC进行控制,要分别进行独立控制,则需要多片控制IC。

采用BB (Burr-Brown)公司的HI-END级精密数字音量控制芯片PGA2311,此芯片的低版本CS3310芯片曾被极品级音响Jeff-Rowland、音乐传真、惠威有源音箱等众多厂家商用于其HI-END前级或合并机中,由此可见CS3310的素质之高,而PGA2311的性能却又比CS3310高了整整一个档次。

作为音量控制核心,同时采用8位MCU作为控制核心,加上数显、遥控、全隔离输入通道切换、后级电源控制,构成一套完整且极具二次开发价值的HI-FI前级,音质表现绝对超越市售类似产品。

“鹭歌” HI-FI 遥控音量成品板,由稳压电源兼总电源遥控板、显示音量控制板、精密数字音量控制芯片PGA2311板、输入继电器选择板4部份构成,彻底根绝电路间相互干扰。

电路设计质量与电源供应对音质影响极大。

本电路2路独立稳压电源供应,可以提供纯净无噪声的直流供应,电源容量是实际需求的10倍,这样才能确保动态与音场不被压缩。

被动组件皆采用发烧产品能提供高速度动作,而且都是经过试听后决定的品牌与规格,务求最高的声音表现。

提供二组讯源选择,以精密密封继电器来做切换,完全保存微小讯号在切换时无任何突波噪声,并配备专用遥控器,使用起来才有真正 HI END器材的品味。

“鹭歌” HI-FI 遥控音量成品板采用音响专用高级IC PGA2311,PGA2311是一枚双声道的数字化音量控制芯片,通过一个8bit的二进制编码。

利用1~255之间共计254个状态,能进行范围宽达127dB的调节,其绝对电平的控制范围是-95.5dB~+31.5dB,步进精度为0.5dB,失真率低于0.0004%。
