As we climbed the trail, the trees on either side began to thicken, and the air grew cooler. I could feel my heart pounding with anticipation. One of the most memorable moments of the day was when we reached a scenic overlook. From there, we could see for miles, with the mountains stretching out towards the horizon. My parents took out their cameras and snapped photos of us standing triumphantly at the top.As we continued our hike, we stumbled upon a small stream. We decided to take a break and have a picnic. I enjoyed the delicious sandwiches my mom made and the refreshing taste of the water from the stream. It was a moment of pure joy, surrounded by nature. The hike was challenging, but we all worked together and supported each other. By the time we reached the bottom, we were tired but satisfied. I realized that spending time with my family, no matter how difficult the activity, is always worth it.I will never forget that day of adventure, filled with laughter, teamwork, and the beauty of nature.Explanation:The example follows the structure outlined in the prompt. It begins by setting the scene with the date and weather, which is “a sunny Saturday morning.” The activity chosen is “hiking in the nearby mountains,” and the narrator’s feelings are conveyed through “I was excited because I had never been hiki ng before.”The story includes a memorable moment, the scenic overlook, where the familytakes photos, and another at the small stream where they picnic. These moments are vivid and contribute to the story’s appeal. The conclusion reflects on the overall experience, emphasizing the value of spending time with family and the joy of shared activities, which ties back to the initial excitement of the day.。

初中英语全英说课稿优秀9篇英文版说课稿篇一英文版说课稿Background of English teaching in primary school: It is not a long history that English is as a subject in primary school in our country and the main instructional aims of teaching English in primary school is to cultivate pupils’ basic abilities of their listening and speaking and their good sense of the English language. Our boys and girls are exposed to English for the first time, so it is very important to develop their keen interest in English.I. Contents:Today I’m going to talk about Part B of Unit 2, PEP Primary English, Book 3. This lesson includes two parts: Let’s talk and let’s practice. In section 1, it mainly deals with the dialogue about “What’s in the schoolbag?” and the answers. And in section 2, it provides a real situation for the Ss to prastise the pattern: How many +n.(pl.)+ do you have? And the answer: I have 23 +n.(pl.)II. Teaching aims1. Aims on the knowledge(1) To enable the Ss to understand and speak: “My schoolbag is heavy. What’s in it? Thank you sooooooo much.” Make sure that Ss can use these sentences in real situations.(2) To help Ss to finish the survey.(3) Let Ss finish the assessment of “Let’s check” in this unit.2. Aims on the abilities(1) To develop Ss’ abilities of listening and speaking.(2) To train the Ss’ ability of working in groups.(3) To foster Ss’ abilities of communication and their innovation.3. Aims on the emotion(1)To foster Ss’ consciousness of good co-operation and proper competition.(2) To lead Ss to show their loveliness to the poor.III. Key-points of this lesson(1) To help Ss ask and answer the question: What’s in it?(2) To enable Ss to study in groups and co-operate skillfully.(3) To develop Ss’ interest in English.IV. Difficult points(1) To help the Ss ask and answer the question “What’s in it?” and make sure they can use the plural nouns correctly.(2) To finish the survey by themselves.V. Teaching methodsAs we all know: the main instructional aims of learning English in primary school is to cultivate pupils’ basic abilities of listening and speaking and their good sense of the English language. So in this lesson I’ll mainly use “Task-based” teaching method. That is to say, I will let the Ss learn in real situations, finish a task by making a survey to help the Ss to get a better understanding of the key structure of the dialogue. I will arrange four kinds of activities: singing, guessing game, finishing a survey and having a competition. And in this lesson a recorder, CAI, school things and a printed form will be needed. Students should prepare some school things.英文版英语说课稿VI. Teaching procedures and purposes of my designing.I’ll finish this lesson in five steps.Step 1. Warm-up and preview1. Free talk between T and Ss about things in the classroom.2. Sing the song together: Books and pencils.3. Do some TPR, for example: Show me your English book. Show me your crayon.4. Review the numbers by asking: “How many crayons do you have?”Purpose: It is important to form a better English learning surrounding for the Ss by singing and doing some total physical response and at the same time it provides situations to review learned knowledge for the next step.Step 2. PresentationNow I’ll mainly talk about this step.1. Present the pattern: “My schoolbag is heavy.” “What’s in it?.”(1) Show a bag and say: “Look! I have a bag.” Carry it and say: “Oh, it is heavy. My schoolbag is heavy.” Help the Ss understand the meaning with the help of my body language. Then lead the Ss to read the sentence. Make sure they can say it correctly.(2) T: My schoolbag is heavy.Open the bag and say: “What’s in it? What’s in my schoolbag?”Take out a Chinese book. Then do the action again. Let the Ss read the sentence.2. Play a guessing game. Divide the whole class into four groups to have a competition.Let them guess: What’s in the bag? How many? Purpose: To present the key structures one by one is much easier for the Ss to learn and grasp the meanings. Proper competition can arouse the Ss’ interest in English learning.3. With the help of the CAI to present the dialogue. Set a situation to help Ss understand: Two Ss are coming. One girl is carrying a heavy bag on her back. They are talking.Girl: My schoolbag is heavy.Boy: What’s in it?Girl: 20 story-books, 32 pencil, 9 rulers, 12 crayons and 30 picture-books. Etc.Boy: What will you do?Girl: They are for the poor.Boy: Great! I’ll bring some school things too.The boy comes back home and puts a lot of things into the bag. Then he goes to school again and gives them to a teacher. While he is taking them out, he is counting the numbers of all things. The teacher says: Thank you soooooooo much.4. Mention that we should take care of the poor.5. Play the cassette. Let the Ss listen and imitate the dialogue.Pay attention to their pronunciation and intonation. Purpose: CAI can provide a real situation for the Ss to understand the dialogue and the relationships between people better. Tell the Ss we should show our loveliness to the Ss.Step 3. PracticeDivide Ss into groups of six children. Each one would finish the printed form by asking and answering: How many storybooks do you have? Find out which group finishes faster. Story books picture-books sharpeners crayons pencils erasers pencil-cases rulers Chen Jie 8 24 3 32 26 4 1 3Purpose: Task-based teaching method is used here to develop Ss’ ability of communication and also their ability of co-operation will be well trained.Step 4. AssessmentHelp Ss finish “Let’s check” of this unit and workbook.Purpose: To check the knowledge Ss have learned in this period.Step 5. Add-activity1. Let Ss tell each other how many school things they have after class. Tell their parents how many school things they have at home.2. Take care of everything they have.Purpose: Revision is so important that Ss should speak English as much as they as in class or after class. It is necessary for the Ss to do some extensive exercises after class to consolidate the knowledge they learned.英文版英语说课稿初中英语说课稿篇二今天我的说课内容是新目标英语八年级上册第四单元第一课时。

UNIT3Tell MeAsking for and Giving InformationIntroduction nIntroductioYou live in a world of information.Every day you ask people something you don’t know and tell them something you know.So if you want to exchange information, you have to learn how to ask and answer questions.A conversation often depends on questions to keep it going in a direction you want it to go.In most casual, friendly conversations between people of equal status, all participants generally do similar amounts of asking and answering. In some situations, however, between higher-status and lower-status people, such as a job interview, the higher-status speaker usually controls the direction of the conversation by asking most of the questions.Various techniques may be necessary to get different kinds of information from different people. Most people are very polite when they ask strangers about something. If you’re too direct, you may appear to be rude.In any case, personal questions have to be expressed very politely. There are many opening gambits to start a conversation but you must appropriately use each expression and they are not all used in the same way.Answers to the Questions:1.We have to learn some questioning and answering techniques.2.In most casual, friendly conversations, all speakers generally do similar amounts of asking and answering, although in a conversation between people of higher-status and lower-status, the higher-status speaker usually controls the conversation by asking most of the questions.3.We should be very polite when we ask personal questions.Part One Listening InDavid:Hi,Kim!Kim:Oh hi,David!David:Uh listen,I was wondering if you could help me.Do you happen to know where there’s a good place to buy art supplies?Kim:I’m not really sure.Hey,let me think for a minute.Oh yeah, there’s that new place, Mixed Media—you know,it’s down on Main Street?David:Mm,I don’t know that store—exactly where on Main Street?Kim:Well, you know where the new vegetarian restaurant is—it’s right up the block. David:Oh yes,I know where you mean now.Kim:Hey,I hope you don’t mind my asking, but are you taking up painting?David:(laughs)Are you kidding?I can’t paint!I’m just asking for my sister’s son. He’s reallyinto it.Kim:Ah...oh,I see.Hey,are you still doing your photography? You’re really good at that. David:Yeah, that’s the one thing I really enjoy.Kim:Hey listen. This may sound like a dumb question, but can you get any good pictures on an automatic?David:No,no,no,now that’s a very interesting question.Automatics are OK,except for special effects,or stop action.Kim:Oh,and it...listen,there’s something else I was wondering about—like, should you do all your own developing?David:Oh no!You don’t have to develop your own.You can get good prints if you send them out.Kim:No kidding!Could you tell me something more about it—like,if I was going to set up a darkroom, what would I really be using it for—what kind of equipment would I need? David:Oh well, you’d need your enlarger,and...and chemicals, but actually developing is only cheaper when you’re doing a lot of enlargements.Kim:Oh,I see.Can I ask if you’re making any money at it?David:(laughs)I’m making enough,and...well,it’s tax time,so that’s something I’d rather not talk about.Kim:(laughs)I really understand.Well,I got to be getting along now,so,so long!David:Bye!Notes:be into something means to like/enjoy doing something a lot.stop here means the part of a camera which moves to control the amount of light enteringAnswers to the Questions:1.David wants to buy some art supplies for painting.2.Kim is not really sure, but after thinking for a while, she remembers such a place.3.David is not interested in painting. She is just asking for her sister’s son who is good at it.4.David is good at photography.5.Automatics are OK,except for special effects,or stop action.6.No.David says photographers don’t have to do their own developing.7.You need to buy an enlarger and chemicals.8.No.For one thing, you can get good prints if you send them out,and for another reason, developing is only cheaper when you’re doing a lot of enlargements.9.Because it’s tax time.10.They are good friends, but not extremely close because when they are talking they arequite polite by using many formal opening expressions, and at one point,David refuses to talk about money he makes at photography.Nor are they strangers because both know quite a bit about the other.Discussion Questions:1.Do Chinese people, even strangers, use so many opening gambits when they run into each other and talk?2.From the situation in the text,we see that for people who are not very close do not talk about money. Is this also true in a Chinese context? Background Information:Many foreigners are reluctant to ask questions of native English speakers. They feel embarrassed by their ignorance of simple things or by their limited English proficiency. It is important for you as a foreigner to remember that you are the one who suffers from your lack of knowledge of the local culture, society, and ways of doing things. The less you know, the harder everything is for you and the less likely you are to succeed in realizing the objectives of your visit. So when you have questions, ask them.If the first person you ask is not helpful (or patient,or whatever),ask another person. But ask. Some of your questions will be requests for practical information.“Where is the closest service station?”for example,or“Where can I get my hair done?”But you can also ask more general questions.Ask people their opinions about things and about their experiences.Ask for their reactions to some of the generalizations about Americans. You will find that people have differing views about them.We have learned from Part One many expressions of asking for and reporting information, but a question soliciting information is not always capped with a functional expression. Whether or not to use an expression or which expression to use depends on one’s concrete needs.Sometimes the questions can be quite simple and direct, especially between people who are close. This language function is fundamental to many different conversational situations. Thus, it is placed towards the beginning of the textbook so you can practice it again at other times and places.Part Two Better ListeningSection AKim:Have you seen the file on policy number H-124326?George:No,I haven’t.Have you asked John for it?He’s been working on the H series since Monday.Kim:I’ve asked him.He hasn’t used it.I’ve been looking for that file all morning.George:Have you asked Anne?Kim:Yes,I’ve asked her too.George, have you been filing things again this week?I told you to leave the files alone.George:Well, yes,I have.Kim:Let me see what you’ve done.George:I’ve rearranged the files, see?I’ve moved these files to the top drawer, and I’ve putthese in the bottom drawer.Kim:No wonder I haven’t been able to find anything! You’ve messed up everything! It’s going to take me a month of Sundays to get it straightened out again.George:Oh,come on!I understand what I’ve done. It’s simple.I’ve put files we use all the time on the top.The files we don’t use as often come next, and the ones we never use are at the bottom.Kim:George, have you ever learned the alphabet?George:Sure.Kim:Why don’t you just follow the alphabet then,so the rest of us can understand what you’ve done?Notes:Policy in this situation means a document which shows the agreement that you have made with an insurance company.e.g.This service is free to policy holders.A month of Sundays means a long time(oral).e.g.I haven’t seen him in a month of Sundays.Answers to the Questions:1.Kim is looking for a file.2.John’s been working on the H series since Monday.3.Kim’s been looking for the file all morning.4.Kim has told George to leave the files alone.5.George has rearranged the files.6.No,because Kim has warned George before.7.In the top drawer.8.In the bottom drawer.9.Yes.10.Kim advises George to follow the alphabet.Section BTell Me a Little About YourselfA:So,tell me a little about yourself.B:Gee—uh...I don’t know where to begin. What do you want to know?A:Well...Are you originally from around here?B:No,I’m originally from Chicago.I was born there and grew up there and went to school there.I moved here after I graduated from college. How about you?A:Me?B:Yes.Where are you from?A:I was born right here in Los Angeles and lived here until I finished high school. Then I lived in Denver for several years and moved back here just a year ago.B:I see.How about your family?A:My family?B:Yes.Do you have any brothers or sisters?A:Uh-huh.I have a brother and two sisters. They all live in San Diego. How about you? have confidence that I can bring energy and great vigor to the company.
2. What do you expect we can do for you?
The most important thing that I care is an opportunity to progress into a full time position. Actually, I became interested in this business when I started to prepare my application for permanent residency. I expect a chance to pursuit my career in this industry, which I believe is a niche with great profit andin a great cause to help people from other parts of the world to realize the dream of legally and happily living in Australia. Once I am granted the opportunity to work in this company, I would like to dig deeply into this profession to enrich myself with this particular knowledge and experience.。
