名著《傲慢与偏见》英语读后感3篇名著《傲慢与偏见》英语读后感1Pride and Prejudice is my favorite novel, which impresses me for a long time. It describes a love story mainly between Elisabeth, who I like the best, and a rich and proud man, Darcy. The story began with the arrival of a crowd of rich men who rent a house near the Bennet. In a ball, Elisabeth gave such a bad impression on Darcys first pride that she refused Darcys first proposal. Darcy was so surprised by Elisabeths refusal that he loved Elisabeth more deeply. And Elisabeths antipathy(厌恶,憎恨)made Darcy realize his shortings. He was not angry about Elisabeths censure, but also he changed his previous proud attitude. During Elisabeths travel in Darcys manor(庄园). Darcy was very nice to her uncle and aunt, different from previous proud attitude. When one of Elisabeths sisters ran away with Wickham, Darcy helped Elisabeth find her sister and prevent her sister from the loss of reputation, with nobody knowing that it was he who helped the Bennet. So many changes in Darcy eliminated(消除)Elisabeths prejudice. At last it end with their marriage.Taking the daily life as its material, this story reflected the life and love in a conservative你(保守派)and blocking England town. It reflected the authors view about marriage that it is fault to marry for property, money and status and it is also foolish to take these elements into account. In fact Darcys pride manifested(证明)the gap (间隙,差距)between their statuses(地位). Since his pride existed, there is no ideal marriage between Elisabeth and Darcy. From the different attitudes from Darcys two proposals, it reflected the feminine(女性)pursuit of personality independence and right equality, which is a progressive(先进的)character from the image of Elisabeth.名著《傲慢与偏见》英语读后感2Pride and Prejudice is my favorite novel, which impresses me for a long time. But as their lives become intertwined in an unexpected adventure, she finds herself captivated by the very person she swore to loathe for all eternity. 傲慢与偏见英文读后感精彩7篇傲慢与偏见英文版读后感篇一傲慢与偏见英文版读后感It is universally acknowledged that the eternal theme of Jane Austen’s novels is the choice people make for marriage partners, so is in Pride and Prejudice. Mrs. Bonnet had no other wish if her five daughters could get married as soon as possible with someone wealthy. At a dancing ball, it is obvious that Mr. Bingley could not help falling in love at the first sight with Miss Jane because of her stunning beauty. Mrs. Benne was so excited that she could not hold her manner and declared publicly she would have a daughter married soon, which frightened Mr. Bingley away. Mr. Collins, a distance nephew of Mr. Bennet, came to ask a marriage to one of his cousins before Mrs. Bennet was able to get clear why Mr. Bingley left suddenly. After receiving the hint from Mrs. Bennet that Jane already had an admirer, Mr. Collins turned to Elizabeth without wasting a minute and to Miss Charlotte Lucas two days later after refused by Elizabeth. It was difficult for Mrs. Bennet to recover herself as a result of the“deadly stupid” decision made by Elizabeth until she got the news that Lydia finally married Mr. Wickham, though the marriage was built on the basis of ten thousand pounds. Mr. Darcy offered the money and did everything departing from his will just because he loved Elizabeth so much. ()He could not hide his feelings any more and showed his affection to Elizabeth at last, who, because of a series of misunderstandings towards him, rejected him without hesitation. This plot is the climax of the novel as the prejudice of Elizabeth to Mr. Darcy was exposed and removed since then. And the bination of the two young couples, Jane and Bingley, Elizabeth and Darcy came at last.傲慢与偏见英文读后感篇二the novel opens with the famous line, "it is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a wife."。

傲慢与偏见英文读后感(优秀8篇)《傲慢与偏见》英文读后感篇一Body:As we all know, if you know something about the authors background, you will appreciate the book on a profounder and better level. The book first published in 1813, as Jane Austen’s second novel, she started it 1796 as her first persevering effort for publication. She finished the original manuscript by 1797 in Steventon, Hampshire, where she lived with her parents and siblings in the town rectory. Austen originally called the story First Impressions, but it was never published under that title; instead, she made extensive revisions to the manuscript, then retitled and eventually published it as Pride and Prejudice. Austen in this novel was full of wit and humor reflected the late eighteenth Century, early nineteenth Century British country customs and living ways of the world, to give the art of imagination.(writing background) The book is mainly to tell the four couples’ marriages in eighteenth Century. One of the most important is naturally occurred between actress Elizabeth Bennet and actor Fitzwilliam Darcy about their hate and love. Elizabeth is a courageous, beautiful, smart, sturdy and lovable middle-class woman who pursues true love ignoring money and power. The story develops mainly relies on Elizabeth and Darcy, from the beginning of aversion to respect then love. Also, alternates in stories happen around Elizabeth’s happy or unhappy marriages to reveal the author’s hope living in true love at that era. The heroine Elizabeth first saw the male protagonist Darcy is not pleasing to her ey es, plus Darcy’s pride character causes Elizabeth to have prejudice against him. Darcy is unpopular arrogant man, even in the surrounding filled up cold relationship. For him, pride may be rational, however; prejudice may be heartless, both of which impact is unavoidable. Between two people there are often quarries and misunderstandingsconcerning Darcy’s pride and Elizabeth’s prejudice at the start. But after the events of clarification, they develop a little affection gradually. Darcy represents the “pride”,Elizabeth represents “prejudice”。
prideandprejudice傲慢与偏见读后感(推荐五篇)

prideandprejudice傲慢与偏见读后感(推荐五篇)第一篇:pride and prejudice傲慢与偏见读后感Book Report onPride and PrejudiceThe author of Pride and Prejudice is Jane Austen. She was an English novelist whose works of romantic fiction, set among the landed gentry, earned her a place as one of the most widely read writers in English literature. She was born into a Middle-class family and her father was a rector.Although she was not formally educated, she received a broader education than most women of that time.As a novelist, she was apt at describing marriage life, able to skillfully use irony, and created lots of unique female characters with independent thought and personalities.Although she never got married throughout her life, she was yearning for a marriage based on true live.Once she told to her niece:“Not to think of accepting him unless you really do like him.Anything is to be preferred or endured rather than marrying without affection”.The themes of Jane Austen’s works are always love, Pride and Prejudice is no exception.Love seems to be a perpetual theme of literature all over the world. But actually what is love? For most girls in their 20s, love is what they eagerly look forward to and yearn for. They chase love bravely no matter what difficulties they may be faced with. They assume that love is pure or even holy, perhaps it is just quite the other way around. In real life, it is disputable that love is always bound up with many other factors, such as property and social status.People tend to find a balance between love and property.Pride and Prejudice is one of the representative works of Jane Austen. It is also an essential classic of world literature.I still remember the first sentence of the book “It is u niversally acknowledged that a single man inpossession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife.”Which indicates that marriage at that time is based more on possession than on emotion. In this book, the writer represented the love stories between several young men and young girls who were from different social status.Through the discussion of the different marriages and love, the writer demonstrated her concept about love and marriage: love and marriage was closely associated with property and position, however, love and marriage could not only be decided by the property and social status. An ideal marriage should be based on mutual affection, respect and the same interest. She objected to mercenary marriages and the attitude of regarding marriage as trifling things. The story took place in the class-conscious England of the late 18th century. The five Bennet sisters: including Jane, who was simple, innocent and never speaks evil of others;Elizabeth, a clever and strong-willed girl, who bid defiance to the marriage without love;Mary, reading books all day round, who was actually a pedant;besides, shallow-pated Kitty and Lidia, who followed exotic things, handsome men. Also, their father, Mr.Bennet being a wise and witty gentleman;while their mother, Mrs.Bennet was permanently distracted by the issue of marrying off her daughters at any cost.In Pride and Prejudice, Jane Austen actually showed us several different views on love and marriage by depicting five marriages in her rational and humorous writing tone.Firstly, Jane and Bingley, who were considered as the happiest couple.Their marriage was out of aesthetic love which met people's expectation best.Mr.Bingley, who was good looking and gentlemanlike, with a pleasant countenance and easy, unaffected manners, was the one every woman wanted to make themselves acquainted with. But he fell in love with Jane at a ballat the first sight.Although the sister of Bingley strongly opposed to their marriage because of the distinct difference between their family background and social status, they finally overcame difficulties and made it.On the contrary, there was also mercenary marriage based on pecuniary benefit rather than true love in this book.Charlotte, a friend of Elizabeth, who thought herself neither a beautiful nor a rich girl, chose to marry stupid and shallow Collins out of economic considerations. In her mind, if there was no love, living a rich life was the best choice, which was an authentic depiction for the majority people at that time.Besides, there were other miserable marriages in this book.Elizabeth's sister, Lydia, as well as her father's marriage, was unfortunate.Lydia, being confused by the beauty of appearance, while ignoring the moral character, became fascinate with Wickham, who was vile and rotten deep in his heart out of temporary impulse, and finally eloped with Wickham.Mr.Bennet's marriage was also a miserable one, it is incredible that they got married and lived together so many years without love. Then came to Mr.Darcy and Elizabeth, who were the hero and heroine in this book.Their story also explained why this book was called pride and prejudice.Mr.Darcy, a single proud man of a large fortune, was soon drew the attention of the room by his fine, tall person, handsome features and noble mien when he accompanied Bingley to the ball.Although many girls wanted to acquainted themselves with Mr.Darcy, his arrogance and apathy made them keep away.Elizabeth had seen it all and as anyone else believed he was haughty and stubborn, thus grew disgust and prejudice toward him.Although Mr.Darcy didn't have a crush on Elizabeth at the first sight, he gradually found himself fall in love with her for her wisdom and straightforward manner. But outof his pride, the more he loved Elizabeth, the least he would show on the surface instead of making apathy, which made Elizabeth prejudiced against Darcy deeper and deeper. As Darcy more loved Elizabeth, he finally was unable to restrain to show his love to Elizabeth. As Darcy said:"In vain have I struggled. It will not do.My feelings will not be repressed. You must allow me to tell you how ardently I admire and love you.”However, to his surprise, his showing of true feelings which he had struggled for a long time met with Elizabeth's firm refusal. His arrogance had suffered a blow. But from then on, Mr.Darcy began to reflect on the self-examination and treated people with more populist, and they began to candid exchange. After a long-term observation of his behaviors, Elizabeth's misunderstandings and prejudice toward Mr.Darcy gradually eliminated.Afterwards, inadvertently knowing that Darcy properly handled her sister Lydia and Wickham's elopement, Elizabeth's attitude changed.Darcy was not arrogant as others thought. Finally, regardless of his aunt's strong objection and concept of family, Darcy proposed to Elizabeth again.Elizabeth willingly consented.Through the five stories, we can actually grasp the truth of marriage: love.Marriage should be based on love, while it can’t have access to happiness when just based on money or appearance. And a deeper knowledge is needed when we start our affection.Just like in this book, Elizabeth stereotyped Mr.Darcy a very proud man who seemed to always feel superior on first impression. Thus she hated him and avoided him, which widened the chasm of misunderstanding. But after deep looking toward him, she finally overcame prejudice and accepted his proposal.Which indicates that in a relationship, only exclude vanity and prejudice, and think about each other’s moral character objectively, can we knoweach other better and more exact—only good moral character deserves real love.In our modern society, with the concept of “ money makes a mare to go” having rooted in many people’s mind, they are gradually accustomed to weighing everything they encounter;if they will benefit from it, how to achieve maximum benefits, including love. Thus, Being engagedto someone from a rich and powerful family becomesmany women’s dream. They would rather lead to an ensured but dull marriage life.As far as I am concerned, I am firmly convinced that marriage without love is unimaginable;those who are willing to give up pursuing love for the sake of a life of abundance are foolish and hopeless.Besides, in reality, we can’t simply judge one by appearance or first impression.Glossy and gentle though someone appears to be, underneath that façade hides a nasty and rotten mind, just like Mr.Wickham in this book;also, a seemed proud and pretentious man may be possess a tender and virtuous personality, just like Mr.Darcy.Thus we must get along with a person and insight into him or her, only in this way won’ t we miss the one and the true love due to some unlocked misunderstandings or prejudice. All in all, we must be for love alignment in the face of marriage;and we must be subject to moral character in the face of love;and we must be objective and fair in the face of judging the moral character.第二篇:傲慢与偏见读后感[模版]《傲慢与偏见》读后感摘要:简〃奥斯汀的作品《傲慢与偏见》中围绕班奈特家五个女儿待嫁为中心,进而展开的一段四队情侣的爱情故事。

Jane Austen’s novels were witty, warm and ironic portraits of the privileged classes of 18th- and 19th-century England. It is universally acknowledged that the eternal theme of Jane Austen’s novels is the choice people make for marriage partners, so is in Pride and Prejudice. The chief business of Mrs. Bennet’s life was to find suitable husbands for her five daughters. Once she heard that Netherfield Park had been let out to a London gentleman named Mr. Bingley. She was so eager to get acquainted with Mr. Bingley and marry one of her daughter with the wealthy young man. Through Mr. Bennet’s effort, the Bennet attended the ball held in Mr. Bingley’s house. Mr. Bingley and Jane, the oldest Bennet daughter, a pretty girl of sweet and gentle disposition, were attracted to each other at once. His friend, Darcy, however, created a bad impression, seeming cold and extremely proud. In particular, he insulted Elizabeth Bennet, a girl of spirit and intelligence and her father’s favorite. He refused to dance with her whenshe was sitting down for lack of a partner. To his own surprise, Mr. Darcy couldn’t help falling love with Elizabeth and tried to please that smart girl. However, because of the bad impression he had left on her, Elizabeth refused and sneered at Darcy many times. Elizabeth turned disgusted with Mr. Darcy. She met the new officer, Mr. Wickham, and convinced Darcy’s insult to him. Darcy, however, found himself deeply in love with Elizabeth, despite her family, which he even advised Bingley not to marry Jane. Mr. Collins arrived at Longhorn, tried to marry one of the Bennets’ girl as amender. As he was refused by Elizabeth, he married Charlotte Lucas. During Elizabeth’s visit to the Collins in Kent, she met Lady Catherine as well as her nephew, Darcy, frequently. To her astonishment, Darcy proposed to her. Because of his participation in driving Bingley away from her sister, his wicked way of treating Wickham, and her own hatred of his pride, his sense of superiority and his selfish disdain, she refused him angrily and determinately. However, after reading the letter from Darcy in which explained his idea of Bingley and Jane and the detailed relationship between him and Wickham, she knew she had misjudged both Darcy and Wickham. Her trip to Pemberley certainly proved her heart to Darcy as Darcy had changed his behavior as well. When shelearned that it was Darcy who played a major role in marrying her eloped little sister, Lydia, to Wickham, there was no doubt that she loved him. They two finally went together.Among those characters in this novel, I hate Mrs. Bennet for she was such a snobbish and foolish woman. Her poor nurse urged her to do something disgusting and foolish. Those seemed to help her loved daughters but in fact, all out of her own vanity. I like Elizabeth most. She was the second daughter in the Bennet family, and the most intelligent and quick-witted, Elizabeth is the protagonist of Pride and Prejudice and one of the most well-known female characters in English literature. Her admirable qualities are numerous—she is lovely, clever, and, in a novel defined by dialogue, she converses as brilliantly as anyone. Her honesty, virtue, and lively wit enable her to rise above the nonsense and bad behavior that pervade her class-bound and often spiteful society. Nevertheless, her sharp tongue and tendency to make hasty judgments often lead her astray; Pride and Prejudice is essentially the story of how she (and her true love, Darcy) overcome all obstacles—including their own personal failings—to find romantic happiness. Elizabeth must not only cope with a hopeless mother, a distant father, two badly behavedyounger siblings, and several snobbish, antagonizing females, she must also overcome her own mistaken impressions of Darcy, which initially led her to reject his proposals of marriage. Her charms were sufficient to keep him interested, fortunately, while she navigates familial and social turmoil. As she gradually came to recognize the nobility of Darcy’s character, she realized the error of her initial prejudice against him. She knew her own mind and dare to say no. While sometimes she behaved in an extreme way because of her over self-esteem. Owing to her sensitive mother, she had to protect herself from insulting. Actually, besides Elizabeth, I took a lot interest in Mr. Darcy since the very beginning though he appeared as a proud, self-important man. Instead, such good-looking gentleman like Mr. Bingley did not attract me very much. In some cases, a man with perfect character would always have a velvet paw. Wickham is a typical example that so many people had been deceived by his appearance. As I like both the two roles, I am happy to see them finally get married.Darcy’s proud is evident. His talks, his expressions, every movement of him seemed to show his pride. But as I turning over the novel, I found a rather proud heart in Elizabeth as well. For a country girl, there would not be a lot to be proud of.However, living in a family of silly sisters and a gossipy mother whose mind was always full of marriage, the smart girl could not express herself. Each word she said seemed to protect herself from others, especially to those who were also proud such as Darcy. It was not always good for her; however, for a person like Darcy who had accepted so many compliments, it was really an attraction. If Elizabeth had not been too proud to show her disdain, she would never have had his eyes on her. And if Darcy had not been as generous and kind as he was written to be virtually, he would have hated Elizabeth instead of being attracted so deeply. However, it was her pride which blinded her from learning the truth. She misunderstood Darcy and seemed to dislike all the things which were involved with him. That might si mply be the meaning of the word “Prejudice”. Elizabeth was intelligent, analyzing the character of Mr. Wickham and Darcy; she soon sensibly realized her mistake and made every attempt she could to save it. She never lost her confidence and courage to fight for her own happiness in spite of her low-birth. Darcy also gave up the chances to marry a noble girl such as Miss. Bingley and his cousin. In this way, even if their characters are so different, their marriage was based on the same mind.Of all the chapters of the novel, I am most interested in Elizabeth’s trip to Pemberley with her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Gardiner. This part itself is developed in a scene of the beauty of Pemberley. The main role, Elizabeth and the Gardiners are all intelligent people. Without the gossip of Mrs. Bennet and the noise of the 3 little sisters, the story goes on with great peace. Their meet with Darcy was both unexpected and expectable. It was unexpected because neither Elizabeth nor Darcy thought of meeting each other in such an agreeable situation. It was expectable because it was such an agreeable situation for them to meet each other again. It was their first meet after Darcy’s proposal. Darcy behaved unbelievably polite and their conversations with Georgiana, Darcy’s sister, went on naturally. It gave a sign that Elizabeth might have changed her hart and indeed, she did. Although the elopement of Lydia and Wickham seemed to disturb them, Darcy at last conquered his pride that he spent considerable time, effort and money on the 2 people he disdained. Another disturbance was Lady Catherine’s visit, but all of these seemed just to quicken their steps to marriage.Jane Austen must have been an idealist which most of the women writers could not avoid being. Charming roles are alwayscharming, disgusting roles are always disgusting. All the pride and prejudice are conquered. Everyone got they deserved to get. She showed us the human’s weakness, pride and prejudice through the novel. It is fragile of human nature which can be easily distorted simply by dissimilation, carelessness or even blindness. Upper-class status and advantages produce the Pride, while poverty and self-esteem against rich produce Prejudice.第四篇:Pride and Prejudice傲慢与偏见英文观后感Pride and PrejudiceAfter reading , I really have lots to complain about. I truly don’t like the people in this novel. But why? I don’t know. Maybe I just don’t understand the realistic society and life and people’s ideas at that time in England, or maybeI am just such a person that always has a prejudice against everybody. The main roles I want to talk about in this novel, of course, are Darcy and Elizabeth.First, I want to say something about Elizabeth. After hearing Darcy’s bad comment on her, she said the words “I will never dance with him” so easily and so unwisely. Here we can know she is arrogant and she can’t stand Darcy’s contempt. But we also can see that she said the words too easily and tooabsolutely without thinking. What a fool! Who can predict what’s going to happen next moment? None! Long after this matter, we all know that she did dance with Darcy. At that time she may already forget the words that she had said before. But I will never forget her arbitrariness That Elizabeth believed Wickham’s words makes me more dislike her. It’s a common sense that one couldn’t be a real good guy, if he can say hurtful things about someone else naturally and directly. But Elizabeth believed. Now that she hated Darcy or you can say she had a prejudice toward Darcy from the very start, she can totally ignore him. However she cared about it very much. Maybe she started to love Darcy the minute she began to have a prejudice towards him. But who knows, and even she herself did not know. Another scene that Darcy showed his love to Elizabeth makes me totally dislike her, especially the words she said that “you are the last man in the world I could ever marry”. She said such irresponsible and hurtful things without any consideration. Actually, she misunderstood everything. I just want to say she is a sad and hateful person. What’s worse, she’s also a gutless person. Finally, she knew Wickham cheated her and Darcy was innocent and Darcy was a perfect gentleman. She found that she had already fallen in love with Darcy deeply. However, she did nothing but wept and regretted. She even didn’t have the courage to express her love to Darcy. As a modern girl, if I was her, I would fly to Darcy to admit my misunderstanding and express my true feelings to him in no time. Happiness is gained by one’s own efforts. If you don’t pursue the happiness, it’s almost impossible to enjoy it. Now what could I say about Elizabeth? I don’t think she would have a happy ending if there is no Darcy. Next, let me talk about Darcy. In the beginning, I like this gentleman. I admire him. When he said that “she is tolerable, but not handsome enough to tempt me, and I am in no humor at present to give consequence to young ladies who are slighted by other men”, I a dmire him very much. He was an arrogant man. And also he had the enough capital to be arrogant. Yes, he was handsome and wealthy. And then some time later, he asked Elizabeth to marry him, for he fell in love with her. Unfortunately, he was severely rejected by Elizabeth at once, but I still like him. He was a lovely man, right? At least, I think so. However, at the very last he showed his love to Elizabeth once again, regardless of the hurtful words that Elizabeth said before. It makes me disappointment. Where’s his pride? I love his pride all the time, but now it disappeared. If I was Darcy, after hearing Elizabeth’s hurtful word, I wouldnever meet her again and I would even forget her name at once. And eventually he was a poor man that had lost his pride. These are all my opinions about Elizabeth and Darcy. By the way, I really can’t understand why the girls were so crazy about officers and how come Darcy’s love to Elizabeth developed so suddenly. is a classic novel that reflect the social reality, so no one in this novel is perfect. Joycee第五篇:Pride and Prejudice傲慢与偏见英文观后感Pride and PrejudiceAfter reading , I really have lots to complain about. I truly don’t like the people in this novel. But why? I don’t know. Maybe I just don’t understand the realistic society and life and people’s ideas at that time in England, or maybe I am just such a person that always has a prejudice against everybody. The main roles I want to talk about in this novel, of course, are Darcy and Elizabeth.First, I want to say something about Elizabeth. After hearing Darcy’s bad comment on her, she said the words “I willnever dance with him” so easily and so unwisely. Here we can know she is arrogant and she can’t stand Darcy’s contempt. But we also can see that she said the words too easily and too absolutely without thinking. What a fool! Who can predict what’s going to happen next moment? None! Long after this matter, we all know that she did dance with Darcy. At that time she may already forget the words that she had said before. But I will never forget her arbitrarinessThat Elizabeth believed Wickham’s words makes me more dislike her. It’s a common sense that one couldn’t be a real good guy, if he can say hurtful things about someone else naturally and directly. But Elizabeth believed. Now that she hated Darcy or you can say she had a prejudice toward Darcy from the very start, she can totally ignore him. Howevershe cared about it very much. Maybe she started to love Darcy the minute she began to have a prejudice towards him. But who knows, and even she herself did not know.Another scene that Darcy showed his love to Elizabeth makes me totally dislike her, especially the words she said that “you are the last man i n the world I could ever marry”. She said such irresponsible and hurtful things without any consideration. Actually, she misunderstood everything. I justwant to say she is a sad and hateful person. Unfortunately, he was severely rejected by Elizabeth at once, but I still like him. He was a lovely man, right? Atleast, I think so. However, at the very last he showed his love to Elizabeth once again, regardless of the hurtful words that Elizabeth said before. It makes me disappointment. Where’s his pride? I love his pride all the time, but now it disappeared. If I was Darcy, after hearing Elizabeth’s hurtful word, I would never meet her again and I would even forget her name at once. 《傲慢与偏见》英文观后感(精选5篇)第一篇:《傲慢与偏见》英文观后感Pride and prejudiceThe author of this article is Jane Austen. The main idea of this article is the four door of marriage began in England in Eighteenth Century.Hero Elizabeth Bennet was born in a rich family. There were seven people in her family. Her father her mother her four sisters and her. They had a simple and drab life. Her father was the only pillar of this family. He loved Elizabeth very much. The elder sister was inner simplicity. She fell in love with Mr.Bingley who was good looking, gentlemanlike. He had a pleasant countenance and easy, unaffected manners.A gleam of vanity came over the younger sister Lydia. She left no stone unturned in climbing up the top of the social status. It was miserable that she had a scotch marriage with the young officer Wickham. She almost ruined the whole family.Charlotte is Lizie’s girl friend. Finally, she took her cousin Collins in marriage.Although they never love each other, facing the fact that she was already 27 years old.In other words, she was too old.She needs a life security.Otherwise, she would be a burden on society. In her own words: “Not everyone can afford the romantic.”Pass through and pack the story of love certainly is Elizabeth and Mr.Darcy.Mr.Darcy, tall person, handsome features, his manners gave a disgust which turned the tide of his popularity. He looked “the proudest and most disagreeable”.When they meet for the first time, he expressed favor to Elizabeth who was clever and kind.Elizabeth prejudiced against his arrogant posture. So they had a misunderstanding each ter, in order to protectthe Bennets of fame, he agreed to the Wickham’s that let Lydia marry him.The he tried his best to make up for negligence to fix the relationship between Bingley and Jane. All this also gradually won Elizabeth’s heart. The love that met the challenge of Pride and Prejudice is not worth praising. But the British was filled of hierarchy in Eighteenth Century. So the marriage and love couldn’t witness the truth of love so that it because a means to inherited wealth. But Elizabeth also insisted that marriage should not be driven by money. She came over Pride and prejudice with her lover and got the marriage she wanted. All this embodied the value of love.In this story, Elizabeth is the representative of “Prejudice”.Mr.Darcy is the representative of “Pride”.Perhaps that is not possible for any one.It is necessary to avoid those weaknesses which often expose a strong understanding to ridicule.Pride and Prejudice is a weakness indeed.Prejudice—it is very easy to be driven by the subjective impression and have not correct ideas to others. No matter what, as long as you get to know more about something, you can get more objective conclusion.Pride—where there is a real superiority of mind, pride will be always under good regulation. All above are the feeling after reading Pride and prejudice11024220 崔桐第二篇:傲慢与偏见英文观后感Pride and PrejudiceAs we all know that, nowadays ladies want to marry gentlemen who are ‘high, wealthy and handsome,’ and almost all gentlemen like ‘white, wealthy and beautiful’ women. It seems that appearance and possessions have decided marriage to some extent. However, I do believe that we can learn a lot from Pri de and Prejudice. The first sentence in the movie reads, ‘Atruth well known to all the world that an unmarried man in possession of a large fortune must in need of a wife." It reflects the social phenomenon at that time.Miss Bennet was eager to marry her five daughters to rich men. However, the sister of Mr.Bingley strongly opposed his plan of marrying Jane because the Bennet don’t have many possessions and their social positions are much lower than them.Only the eldest son had the privilege of inheriting hi s father’s possessions.Younger sons and daughters who are used to luxurious lives have no choice but marry a man or woman in possession of a large fortune to continue their comfortable lives. We can see that getting married is a way to become wealthier, particularly for women without many possessions.True love seems very fragile and lovers have to face a lot pressure from their families. The difference in social status can be a big barrier keeping lovers away from each other.Only by appreciating the marriage founded on the basis of mutual understanding and true love, can a couplelive a happy life.Elizabeth and Darcy tried so hard to persuade their families and shatter the stereotypes.Eventually, they became a couple and lead a happy life from then on.From the ir wonderful marriage, we can conclude that it’s true love that matters most. For all the girls, their boyfriends may not be the richest guys in the world, but as long as they really care for us and we love each other, they can marry in the future.Sometimes, beautiful appearance and wealth may blind our eyes, I think it’s high time that we should think over love and make an important choice. The movie really impresses me a lot.Love is everything, and nothing can prevent true love.In such a society where every is pursuing for a large amount of wealth and good appearance, I think we really need to calm down.第三篇:傲慢与偏见英文观后感Pride and Prejudice is a famous movie. After seeing it I think it is really a interesting film.Elizabeth was the heroine of the story. She was beautiful, strong-minded, and kind-hearted.But I prefer the hero, Darcy.Darcy was handsome, rich but unsocial. When he first saw Elizabeth on the ball, he was soon absorbed by Elizabeth’s eyes, and he fell in love with her.But his proud appearance and farouche talk hurt Elizabeth and caused her prejudice to him.Darcy's pride causes him to look down on those who are in a lower social class, due to his mentality that he supersedes those who are not within his social circle.Given that Elizabeth Bennet is of a lower class than Darcy, this places immediate restrictions to their relationship.Elizabeth also displays significant pride. As time went by, all the ups and downs made Elizabeth more prejudiced against Darcy. When Darcy proposed to her, Elizabeth rejected it at once without any hesitation.Poor Darcy didn’t give up, he tried to clear the atmosphere and help her family out from the scandal. Finally, the misunderstanding was gone, they got together happily.Right that moment, none of a word could express my feeling.I never imagined that such kind of love could exist under such extreme pride and prejudice.I almost believed that the story would be true and it had ever happened somewhere sometime. There, people sang and danced and something sweetly changed without being noticed. From their love story I realize that it’s stupid to judge a person just by the first impression and always have prejudice on the person who you dislike, and pride sometimes will make you far away from the people. From the story, we can see, because Darcy’s proud, he offended the girl he loved, and because of the prejudice, Elizabeth was failed to see the merits of Darcy, butfortunately, they didn’t miss each other finally.Their love was romantic and also realistic. The marriage of Charlotte Lucas and Mr.Collins represented most of the marriages at that time. Most women and men got married for money and power. The marriage had nothing to do with love. The wives were regarded as the beautiful vases for decoration. The husbands took the “vases” with them to the social occasion everyday while thinking about their career advancement in their heart and never cared about the feelings of the “vases”.And what caused this? The essential reason was the low social position of the women.Even the ladies in the upper class only played the role of a housewife. And this kind of marriage is surely a tragedy of society. In modern society, although the marriages of economic needs have decreased rapidly, the concept of “money determines everything” is still rooted in some people's mind.A lot of parents try hard to interfere their children's cation background, possessions, jobs remains the main reason that may influence one’s marriage.Marry for money is still a big problem in our society. We can’t help thinking: can mo ney determine everything? From my opinion, I do not agree with this view.I think I can only get married because of love, and I'll never choose this kind of marriage under any situations.第四篇:傲慢与偏见英文观后感Pride and Prejudice As we all know that, nowadays ladies want to marry gentlemen who are ‘high, wealthy and handsome,’ and almost all gentlemen like ‘white, wealthy and beautiful’ women. It seems that appearance and possessions have decided marriage to some extent. However, I do believe that we can learn a lot from Pride and Prejudice. The first sentence in the movie reads, ‘A truth well known to all the world that anunmarried man in possession of a large fortune must in need of a wife." 傲慢与偏见英文读后感傲慢与偏见英文读后感(通用14篇)傲慢与偏见英文读后感篇1“Pride and prejudice” is the famous British writer Jane Austen masterpiece, the works in daily life for material, the romantic and reality love story.Works of vivid reflects the late eighteenth to well into the nineteenth century in the conservative and block state of the British town life and ways of the world. Its social graffiti novel at that time if not only attracts the general reader, real to this day, still give the reader a unique art enjoyment.First of all, from story to see, Elizabeth resourcefulness, have courage, these have vision, have very strong self-respect, and be good at thinking. Just then a an unmarried ladies the lady of speaking, this is valuable. And also it is this quality, just make her in love have independent initiative, and led to her and happy family of darcy. In my opinion, Elizabeth is worthy of praise. In the way of the pursuit of love, be sure to a firm belief, not for money, fame, wealth, or any other cause carelessly decided to, want to hold to find true love. If the other party to some of the defect is himself can't stand, but also what can't change it, you should give up the resolute choice; Of course should also to cherish each other, not because of some of the others words, they change their decision, happiness to yourself to the business. This is the book want to municate to the world is very precious words, is also to the heart of the pursuit of love chicken soup.Reading this book, I be a lifetime earnings, enjoy the spiritual baptism.傲慢与偏见英文读后感篇2Many people simply regard Pride and Prejudice as a love story, but in my opinion, this book is an illustration of the society at that time. She perfectly reflected the relation between money and marriage at her time and gave the people in her works vivid characters. The characters have their own personalities. Mrs. Bennet is a woman who makes great efforts to marry off her daughters. Mr. Bingley is a friendly young man, but his friend, Mr. Darcy, is a very proud man who seems to always feel superior. Even the five daughters in Bennet family are very different. Jane is simple, innocent and never speaks evil of others. Elizabeth is a clever girl who always has her own opinion. Mary likes reading classic books. (Actually she is a pedant.) Kitty doesn't have her own opinion but likes to follow her sister, Lydia. Lydia is a girl who follows exotic things, handsome man, and is somehow a little profligate. When I read the book, I can always find the same personalities in the society now. That is why I think this book is indeed the representative of the society in Britain in the 18th century. The family of gentleman in the countryside is Jane Austen's favourite topic. But this little topic can reflect big problems. It concludes the stratum situation and economic relationships in Britain in her century. You can find these from the very beginning of this book. The first sentence in this book is impressive. It reads: “It is a truth well known to all the world that an unmarried man in possession of a large fortune must be in need of a wife”. The undertone is very clear: the foundation of the marriage at that time is not emotion but possession.People always think that Austen was an expert at telling love stories. In fact, the marriage in her book is not the result of love, but the result of economic needs. After reading this book, I know the truth is that a poor woman must be in need of a husband, a wealthy man.I couldn't forget how eager Mrs. Bennet wants to marry off her daughters. If you want to know why she is so crazy about these things, I must mention the situation in Britain at that time. Only the eldest son had the privilege of inheriting his father's possessions. Younger sons and daughters who are used to luxurious lives have no choice but marry a man or woman in possession of a large fortune to continue their fortable lives. Thus, we can see that getting married is a way to bee wealthier, particularly for women without many possessions. Jane Austen told us that money and possession determined everything, including marriage and love in her century. In “Pride and Prejudice”, the sister of Mr. Bingley strongly opposed his plan of marrying Jane because the Bennets don't have many possessions and their social positions are much lower than them. From this, we can see there are a lot of obstacles for a not very rich woman to marry a wealthy husband. The society, the relatives would not allow them to get married. In modern society, although the marriages of economic needs have decreased rapidly, the concept of “money determines everything” is still rooted in some people's mind. A lot of parents try hard to interfere their children's marriages. Education background, possessions, jobs remains the main reason that may influence one's marriage. Marry for money is still a big problem in our society. We can't help thinking: can money determine everything?Austen left this problem for us to think. The genius of Jane Austen lies in this perfect simplicity, the simplicity that reflectsbig problems. Although Austen was only 21 when she wrote “Pride and Prejudice”, her sharp observation of social lives makes the style of this book surprisingly mature and lively. The plots in her works are always very natural. The development of the plot is as inevitable as a problem in mathematics. I think the depth of Pride and Prejudice is the reason that makes this book prominent and classic. Today, her book still can be the guide telling us the economic relationships both at her time and in modern time.傲慢与偏见英文读后感篇3Pride and Prejudice is my favorite novel, which impresses me for a long time. It describes a love story mainly between Elisabeth, who I like the best, and a rich and proud man, Darcy. The story began with the arrival of a crowd of rich men who rent a house near the Bennet. In a ball, Elisabeth gave such a bad impression on Darcy's first pride that she refused Darcy's first proposal. Darcy was so surprised by Elisabeth's refusal that he loved Elisabeth more deeply. And Elisabeth's antipathy(厌恶,憎恨) made Darcy realize his shortings. He was not angry about Elisabeth's censure, but also he changed his previous proud attitude. During Elisabeth's travel in Darcy's manor(庄园). Darcy was very nice to her uncle and aunt, different from previous proud attitude. When one of Elisabeth's sisters ran away with Wickham, Darcy helped Elisabeth find her sister and prevent her sister from the loss of reputation, with nobody knowing that it was he who helped the Bennet. So many changes in Darcy eliminated(消除) Elisabeth's prejudice. At last it end with their marriage.Taking the daily life as its material, this story reflected the life and love in a conservative你(保守派)and blocking Englandtown. It reflected the author's view about marriage that it is fault to marry for property, money and status and it is also foolish to take these elements into account. In fact Darcy's pride manifested(证明) the gap (间隙,差距)between their statuses (地位). Since his pride existed, there is no ideal marriage between Elisabeth and Darcy. From the different attitudes from Darcy's two proposals, it reflected the feminine(女性) pursuit of personality independence and right equality, which is a progressive(先进的) character from the image of Elisabeth.傲慢与偏见英文读后感篇4The man treat GRE at event in one's life with punishing, Demonstrate different attitudes to the love question of the marriage of young girl of the family origin of middle class of villages and towns, Thus reflected authors oneself;s marriage view: It is wrong to get married for the property, money and position; Get married and does not consider that above-mentioned factors are unwise too . So, she objects to getting married for money , objecting to regarding the marriage as a trifling matter . She emphasizes the importance of the ideal marriage , and regard men and women;s emotion as the foundation stone which concludes the ideal marriage .The woman protagonist in the book Elizabeth es from the little landlord;s family, reaches the west to have deep love for for the rich and powerful people sons and younger brothers. Reach the disparity of ignoring family status and wealth of the west, propose to her, but is refused. Elizabeth;s misunderstanding and prejudice to him are a reason, but a main one is the arrogance that she dislikes him. Reach the thes of the west in fact status; the reflections of difference, exist this kind arrogant, Not having mon thoughts and feelings between he and Elizabeth, the marriagethat can not have lofty ideals . Elizabeth watches conducting oneself in society and a series of behavior of reaching the west personally afterwards, See he change the proud conceited expressions of passing by, dispel misunderstanding and prejudice to him, Thus concluded the happy marriage with him. 傲慢与偏见英文读后感篇5After a term’s reading, I finished ten more books, however, what impressed me most is Jane Austen and her two classical books. In China maybe we all know LiQingzhao, a great female poet whose poetry are full of the emotions from the bottom of her heart. However, in England the figure maybe is my most admirable authoress Miss Austen who can never have too many respects from the common people just like me. After read her two masterpieces of books Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility, I feel so proud of being female to see a world-famous authoress using her independent thoughts, humor words to show us the relationship between the so-called superiors and the lower-class.At that time, neither in the east nor in the west, it is not so easy for a woman to become a great figure with literary reputation. In China Li made it, while in England Miss Austen with her unique characteristic also realized her dream after a long struggle with the temporal points. It seems that all in Jane’s life, she made a decision between sense and sensibility; once there was an old saying “Affection is desirable, money is absolutely indispensable.” She resolutely chose her true love but not a splendid life or a comfortable home, what a pity she can not marry the one she did not really love even a beloved one, in her short life, she finished six famous books with her heart and soulbut never married and stayed single for ever. When reading Pride and Prejudice, I wondered why the oldest sister in the Bennet family also was named Jane, is there any possibility Jane Bennet is the soul of Miss Austen; and Miss Austen expected to realize all the pity which can not come true in her real life, so Jane Bennet was pictured as prefect as possible to be the best of the five sisters. It’s a classical book with abundant description of everyone’s inner heart, especially the changes in their hearts. It can never deserve too many analyses for it was so wonderfully worked. One can say anything but ordinary to show our respects and admiration. The man said“I do not have that talent of conversing easily with people I have never met before.” The woman said“We all don’t know him.” The book is full of the man’s pride and the woman’s prejudice in its lines and words. From his pride we can see his confidence and persistence; whereas from his pride we can’t see his kindness and gentleness which he hid behind the surface. From her prejudice we can see her firmness and treason; whereas from her prejudice we can’t see her expectation and worries which she hid behind the surface. So it gave us a beginning of the story of pride and prejudice and led us to Miss Austen’s emotion world. So wonderful a book, so classical a story, so prefect a happy ending made it never a problem whether his pride or her prejudice counted, because of love, all can be neglected. In the book once the proud Mr Dracy talked about the traits an accomplished woman must have, it needed a thorough knowledge of music, singing, dancing, drawing and modernlanguages, and besides this, a certain something in her manner of walking, in her voice and her behaviour. What’s more, something more solid, the improvement of her mind by wide reading. It could never be too strict for a common woman to follow.About the attitudes to the marriage, Charles Dickens in the Oliver Twist also showed us the opinions of that day, he said if a man has ambitions to enter politics, then he marries a woman with a stain on her name, over though it’s not her fault, it might spoil his chances of success in his life. ()The society is cruel, people might use the knowledge of his wife’s doubtful birth against him, and against his children, too. And one day, he might begin to regret his marriage. But love is so great that nothing can conquer it, and in the Pride and Prejudice we see the type of classical love, if we say in the realization we are so sorry to see the over more interest lead us to forget what love is, what a pity when love is not so pure as it should be, what a pity when love is used as a medium of exchange. To my happiness the books inflected Miss Austen’s marriage view, it is wrong to get married for property, money and states. She objects to getting married for money and regarding the marriage as a trifling matter. She also points that the man and the woman’s emotion is the foundation of an ideal marriage. After reading it, I feel that I just want to turn Elizabeth who is ordinary but with special beauty, brave but with a little stubborn, though she is not a prefect woman our eyes, she does be a woman with prefect disadvantages. To the hero Mr Dracy, I feel that I just want to marry a gentleman like Mr Dracy who always puts his love deep in his heart, till the day he made surethat Elizabeth was the one he wanted to spend the rest time of the live. Under the handsome and gentle; proud and serious face, there was a kind heart full of love.Pride is just like a piece of beautiful clothes which is luxurious and untouchable. However, the expense of pride is loneliness. Prejudice is just like the clouds floating in the sky with its freedom. However, the expense of prejudice is lost. What I learnt from the books and Jane Austen is deeply printed in my mind and I should never forget Elizabeth and Mr Dracy’s prefect love story, they usefully influenced each other. His mind might have been softened and his manners improved by her sociability, and she might have learnt from his greater judgment and knowledge of the world. Just like a fairy tale, the price and princess have a happy live together, which I am looking forward.傲慢与偏见英文读后感篇6Pride and Prejudice was written by Jane author was born in 1775 in Hampshireand passed away in 1817 at the age of fourty-three. She comes from a pastors family. She lives in the countryside of England most of her life, so she knows the local customs very well. Most of her works are from the lives she is familiar with.Pride and Prejudice is mainly about the love story betweenDarcy and Elizabeth. Elizabeth is the second daughter of Bennetts family, the heroine of the book. She is intelligent, beautiful, intelligent, and eager for true love. Because of the prejudice against Darcy, she easily refused Darcys proposal, which led to many twists and turns in their relationship. At last she got rid of prejudice.Darcy is a young man with rich family and noble title. He was noble in appearance, flexible in mind and kind in heart, and he was very kind even to his enemy, Weiken. However, he is considered arrogant because of his bad association with strangers. After accepting Elizabeths criticism modestly, he won Elizabeths love. This let me know that a person cant be arrogant because of his familys wealth, cant guess others at will, and has prejudice against others.傲慢与偏见英文读后感篇8Elizabeth resourcefulness, have courage, visionary, have very strong self-respect, and be good at thinking. It is because of this quality, just make her have independent opinion on the emotional problems, and prompted her and the darcy position content family.Books as the name implies, pride and prejudice, and in the book is male leading the obstacle of the love, but in the real society is also a munication barriers between people, but also in the right attitude towards themselves, treat things in a stumbling block. In real life, we will also often because of his unilateral idea but myself with others, so we have to overe the "pride and prejudice", take the initiative to understand others. Each person actually are easy to be driven by their own subjective impression, and therefore easy to incorrect ment on other people, thuscaused the misunderstanding between each other. A man give first impression is can affect many things, but not must not change, want to have a more in-depth understanding, in order to have a more objective point argument, just like the heroine of the story of darcy's view, is because understanding just change. The book reaction of social reality is so hit the nail on the head, she is about marriage, has nothing to do with love.傲慢与偏见英文读后感篇9Pride and Prejudice is my favorite novel, which impresses me for a long time. And Elisabeth's antipathy made Darcy realize his shortings. He was not angry about Elisabeth's censure, but also he changed his previous proud attitude.During Elisabeth's travel in Darcy's manor. So many changes in Darcy eliminated Elisabeth's prejudice. At last it end with their marriage.Taking the daily life as its material, this story reflected the life and love in a conservative你and blocking England town. It reflected the author's view about marriage that it is fault to marry for property, money and status and it is also foolish to take these elements into account. In fact Darcy's pride manifested the gapbetween their statuses. Since his pride existed, there is no ideal marriage between Elisabeth and Darcy. From the different attitudes from Darcy's two proposals, it reflected the feminine pursuit of personality independence and right equality, which is a progressive character from the image of Elisabeth.傲慢与偏见英文读后感篇10Smelling the faint ink fragrance in his nose, he turned the pages in his hand and read the lines in front of him quietly. Pride and Prejudice is a book that is often heard by others and feels good. I bought it home and realized it carefully. I didnt think it was good at the beginning. After reading it completely, I learned some philosophy and wisdom of life from it.Pride and prejudice, a novel by the British writer Austin, shows some of the daily life and rural scenery of the middle class in England, and opens a new page in the history of English novels.Elizabeth in the pursuit of love on the road, has been adhering to their original beliefs, not by the then door-to-door and wealth status of their own footsteps, adhere to the fate of their own destiny. She took control of her destiny and finally got a good marriage. Her character and spirit, all let me deeply admire. In addition, knowing that she misunderstood Darcy, she admitted her mistake and love to Darcy. She knew that the moral character that mistakes can change is what we should learn.Seeing the happy ending of this twists and turns fate, I am deeply gratified and look forward to it silently. I hope that all people can have the integration of rationality and sensibility, and truly manage their own happy life independently.傲慢与偏见英文读后感篇11Austin's "pride and prejudice", as she puts it, is thin on two inches of ivory carving, it is the masterpiece of Austin. Reflect themarriage problems of novel is a, the author works in the most is her favorite works.Works of vivid reflects the late 18th century to the early 19th century in a conservative and occlusion of the British town life and the world. Its social graffiti like novels not only attract the readers at that time, solid to today, still give the reader a unique artistic enjoyment. She was the first to realistically portray ordinary grace novelist in daily ordinary life, plays an essential role in English novel. The whole works, not least no winding ups and downs of the plot, but it is this simple, delicate and attracted us deeply. Austin, short life is spent in the country, almost all around may be simple, halcyon atmosphere nurtured her cool temperament. Not because there is no abundant experience, for the analysis of things for her ability to doubt.People read the book pride and prejudice "will be fine for her, keen emotion. When writing "pride and prejudice", she is just a teenage girl, isn't this a gift? She does very little contact with the outside world, but thought, imagination, the existence of all this is enough.傲慢与偏见英文读后感篇12Many people simply regard Pride and Prejudice as a love story, but in my opinion, this book is an illustration of the society at that time. Janeis simple, innocent and never speaks evil of others. Elizabeth is a clever girl who always has her own opinion. Mary likes reading classic books. (Actually she is a pedant.) Kitty doesn’t have her own opinion but likes to follow her sister, Lydia. Lydia is a girl who follows exotic things, handsome man, and is somehow a little profligate. When I read the book, I can always find the same personalities in the society now. That is why I think this book is indeed the representative of the society in Britain in the 18th century. The family of gentleman in the countryside is Jane Austen’s favourite topic. After reading this book, I know the truth is that a poor woman must be in need of a husband, a wealthy man.I couldn’t forget how eager Mrs. Bennet wants to marry off her daughters. If you want to know why she is so crazy about these things, I must mention the situation in Britain at that time. Only the eldest son had the privilege of inheriting his father’s possessions. Younger sons and daughters who are used to luxurious lives have no choice but marry a man or woman in possession of a large fortune to continue their comfortable lives. Thus, we can see that getting married is a way to becomewealthier, particularly for women without many possessions. Jane Austen told us that money and possession determined everything, including marriage and love in her century. In “Pride and Prejudi ce”, the sister of Mr. Bingley strongly opposed his plan of marrying Jane because the Bennets don’t have many possessions and their social positions are much lower than them. From this, we can see there are a lot of obstacles for a not very rich woman to marry a wealthy husband. The society, the relatives would not allow them to get married.傲慢与偏见英文读后感篇13Pride and Prejudice is a famous classic written by Jane Austen.I was attracted by the characters and plots of the film adapted from the novel.Elizabeth is the heroine of the story. When she meets Darcy, a handsome, rich but arrogant man, on the party for the first time, she is dissatisfied with the proud manner of Darcy. Darcy looks down on those who are in a lower social class, including Elizabeth. However, after getting to know the courage, independence and confidence of Elizabeth, he almost falls in love with her. But Elizabeth believes the lies of Wickham which causes her great prejudice to Darcy. She rejects Darcy’s propose marriage to protect her self-respect. Finally, Darcy goes away because he couldn’t tolerate Elizabeth’s sisters’ vulgar manners. He writes a long letter to explain his thoughts and love to Elizabeth. After reading it, Elizabeth feels guilty about misjudging Darcy and regrets turning him down. As time goes away, Darcy gradually improves his pride and keeps helping Elizabeth’s family out from troubles. At last, Elizabeth removes the prejudice to Darcy and accepts his propose marriage. From the film I learn that we can’t judge a man im mediately。

傲慢与偏见英语读后感篇1During the holiday, I read a book called pride and prejudice, which is very good-looking. It makes me feel a lot, and I also feel a lot. This book mainly talks about: at the dance, Elizabeth, a country lady from a decent family but without rich dowry, met Darcy, the son of a rich family. At that time, her arrogance annoyed Elizabeth. With villains provocation, Elizabeth misunderstood Darcy more and more deeply. Darcy, the prince of white horse, fell in love with the beautiful and lively "Cinderella" in one contact, but the difference between the two made Darcy always hold an arrogant attitude towards Elizabeth, which, together with Elizabeths growing misunderstanding of Darcy, constituted the contradiction between "Pride and slowness" and "Prejudice".This book makes me realize that people should get along with each other harmoniously and dont misunderstand each other because of a small matter. We should also learn to understand each other, not because of other peoples provocation and constitute harm to others; learn to tolerate each other. Make our society better. This book also makes me feel that this pair of "arrogance" and "Prejudice" have a happy marriage after many setbacks. We should not give up because of a little setback. We should learn to persist. Persistence is victory!傲慢与偏见英语读后感篇2One day, I read a book called pride and prejudice. The author of this book is Austin. She comes from a pastors family. The scope of this work is only three or four families in a village, with Elizabeth as the main character. The main plot is nothing more than the chat about marriage and property in the front of the fireplace and in the meeting of relatives and friends, the bee chase and butterfly chase in the market, church, ball, banquet and other occasions, and the love talk. The arrogance of Darcy and the prejudice of the heroine all have obvious class attribute. Their frustrations in love are not due to their accidental misunderstanding, but because there is an inevitable gap between the two sides in different class status. Elizabeth, as a middle-class common girl, only by virtue of the charm of her personality and her excellent quality, won the fame and fortune of the noble young master, and finally became a good couple with her. This is another copy of Cinderellas story. The same is true in life. Only by putting down the arrogant attitude, throwing away the prejudiced vision, treating with empathy, and understanding each other through communication, can we know each other. Like Mr. Darcy in the book, although the appearance gives the impression of arrogance, arrogance and superciliousness. But the heart is kind and sincere and willing to let go, its attitude of not stubborn is really appreciated.傲慢与偏见英语读后感篇4Smelling the faint ink fragrance in his nose, he turned the pages in his hand and read the lines in front of him quietly. This sentence can come to this book. One distinctive characters in "her" lifelike; Clever sensible Elizabeth, sincerity, persistence, darcy, gentle tolerant Jane, frivolous superficial Lydia, no mind, Mrs Bennett relatively ineffective Mr Bennett, selfish snobbish miss bingley, mighty lady Catherine, boring Collins, and so on. Among them, admirable, sympathetic, or a smile. In addition, the dialogue between the characters in the novel is also a feature of the novel. Elizabeth witty words, Mr Bennett its sarcasm to him, for the khans rhetoric, Collins rap wording, which make readers view. Do you know of who "she" is? "She" is the author -- Jane Austen. The book was welcomed by generations of readers, and love. 《傲慢与偏见》英语读后感一"Pride and prejudice" this book in junior high school have touched. Just at that time only saw the emotional entanglement between the actor and actress, ups and downs mood and let people immersed in them, after a few years, through again, do not have a flavor.Bennet had five daughters were not married, and Mrs. Bennet is a neurotic vanity is dye-in-the-wood woman, will each daughter.many is her this life only event but never bother to discipline daughter's behavior, and Mr. Bennett is a family-centered old gentleman, but orgiastically wife and daughter's inappropriate behavior, prefer to hide into the library to seek calm. Jane Bennett is bennet's daughter, beautiful appearance, disposition gentle, quiet, Ellie was Bennett is bennet family second daughter, personality vivacious, intelligent and beauty and rig, The third daughter Mary looks not if other sisters well, therefore in character and knowledge on studying hard, but also caused her arrogant attitude; The Kitty ranked fourth personality buckish, with yao sister Lydia hottest loyal dancing, behavior often disrespect not know; Yao daughters vanity, pay attention to enjoyment, dancing and and army officers dou make fun is her sole purpose in life. One day the near their house moved to a rich single man bingley Charles. He is a personality temperate, personhood sincere not the nuances of the rich young man, in abanquet bingley but love on the bennet daughter Jane, and Jane Bennett mutual love, While bingley's good friend darcy · fee Bates William personality formal serious, mismanagement words often give a person arrogance arrogance impressed, unwittingly like work knuts the second daughter of house was Ellie, but because the Bennett a itself is not decent family make these two relationship by obstacle, Ellie was the beginning of arrogance darcy bias, the main thing is to describe their this relationship transformation process.《傲慢与偏见》英语读后感二Pride and Prejudice is a chefdoeuvre. But my first impression of this story was from screen. It's long long ago, maybe before I can read english books. I don't remember which movie edition I had seen. But I was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. I was very favor of a section of music in its balls. It's pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. Regarding to the characters, I liked Elizabeth, the heroine, though I didn't think she's beautiful. But she's smart. However, I didn't pay much attention to the plot. I thought it's so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I haven't read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice. In fact, I didn't understand the story at that time. I didn't know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didn't find where' s the prejudice. I thought it's normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. I'm a prejudiced person so I can't find where's wrong. I merely like to do the things I like. Everytime I meet somebody orsomething,my thinking about he or it all depends on my foregone experience and my mood of the time. I like it so just like it, if not so just not. I'm a person thinking by heart not by brain. What is worse, I actually didn't think it's wrong. I thought everyone is all like that.Everyone has his special way to cognize the world. So it's individuality, not prejudice. But I think something is wrong. Though everyone can judge in the way he likes, he can't ignore other ones. You can like what you like and hate what you hate, but you should be objective when you meet external world. I think it means that you should consider things roundly, not just partial. Individuality is different from prejudice. What is it? I need to think more.《傲慢与偏见》英语读后感三Love seems to be the perpetual theme all over the world. But actually what is love? For most girls in 20s, love may mean everything to them. They seek for love bravely no matter what difficulties they may face. In their eyes, love is pure or even holy. However, those are just an ideal situation, n real life; people tend to find a balance between love and property.Pride and prejudice is Austin’s great work. Through the discussion of the different marriages and love, the writer demonstrates her concept about love and marriage: love and marriage is closely associated with property and society, however, love and marriage can not only be decided by the property and social status. An ideal marriage should be based on mutual affection, respect and the same interest. She rejects the marriage based only on wealth.Different people have different ideas upon marriage. By the description and discussion of the four marriages in the novel, we can see that Austen fully expresses her views on love andmarriage. Only by appreciating the marriage founded on the basis of mutual understanding and true love, but also by satirizing the marriage founded on the basis of origin and desire. The marriage based on social position and money can’t bring happiness in life. Aimless marriage and love are unpractical.Everything goes wrong for poor couples. Marriage based on wealth is not a fault. At least, it can offer us a better condition of life. Property is not everything in the life but without it, we can do nothing. This is called reality. But if you only married for wealth, you sell your liberty. The rest of your life might be miserable, and your marriage will filled with endless bitterness.。

傲慢与偏见英语读后感(一)Pride and Prejudice ", a novel a pleasure to behold, a beautiful and moving story. The article describes a number of daughters Bo Nate story. Ji-an eldest daughter, gentle kind-hearted, beautiful Keren, Bentley and rich kids at first sight, but at the crucial moment has brought a twist. Second daughter, Elizabeth, Qingli intelligent, ambitious, assertive, consistent with the property of the nobility million youth met Darcy. Can be as arrogant Darcy eccentric, Elizabeth for his prejudice are serious, they love but refuse to recognize the obvious, but also continue to hurt each other with words, but fortunately dispelled the last mistake, married lovers.Reading this novel, I have benefited greatly. In our people, there are many very modest, but there are some arrogant people. These arrogant people who sometimes annoying, they have eyes in the head long, others are dismissive. Indeed, the arrogance is a shortcoming in the environment to develop a character.Chinese children from an early age by their parents as holding typical "little emperors." If so has been from small to large, how could it not arrogant? So I think that we should not be arrogant people who have prejudices, but the more soul-searching myself, to see if they have not arrogant, after their own things to learn to no longer allow parents to worry about, tired. As the book said: "Heart of pride in everyone. As long as we have so a little bit of strength, they will feel especially great. But pride and vanity while the same meaning, but in real terms in different kinds of self-pride is a feeling,Vanity will need to involve other people overestimate their own, so people have a pride without vanity, which is justifiable.傲慢与偏见英语读后感(二)then man treat GREat event in one's life withpunishing, Demonstrate different attitudes to the love question of the marriage of young girl of the family origin of middle class of villages and towns, Thus reflected authors oneself's marriage view: It is wrong to get married for the property, money and position; Get married and does not consider that above-mentioned factors are unwise too .So, she objects to getting married for money ,objecting to regarding the marriage as a trifling matter . Pride and prejudice
This is one of my favorite books. I have read it for more than five times since grade six. It teaches me to love. Pride and prejudice, the ordinary two of human weakness, they pass through the entire novel. Because of property a position, Darcy is born with pride, which leads to the prejudice of Elizabeth. Bingley and Jane also have a romance full of ups and downs. But finally they get rid of their pride and prejudice and find their true love.
Youth and love are both the most easily missing things in the world. Sometimes we use all our youth to love one person. But in the end, there is only memory left. But the memory is also sweet and moving, isn’t it?
Every couple will always have a long way to go. During the process we don’t know whether the person is the right one to go with, but what we can do is recognizing our feeling inside, and clearing up the misunderstanding between us. Not every couple can find each other after several missing. So don’t try to find how lucky you are, just trust him or her, trust that the true love can survive all the tests, especially in our age, in the campus.
So if I have a boyfriend now, I will enjoy myself in the love, in this pure love with him. Kindling the passions, don’t think anything except love.
However, if you decide to get married, maybe it will several years later. Things will change. I have to say, it is true that there are some other factors besides love influence one’s marriage. The status, the possessions, his job are usually what our parents take into consideration. After all, the marriage is not only the combination of two persons, but also two families.
The concept of “Money determines everything”is still rooted in some people’s mind. Let us back to the book. Darcy and Elizabeth are in different classes. Supposing, if Elizabeth would have not her own idea, just like her sisters. Did Darcy still love her? The answer is no, of course no. They fall in
love because Elizabeth has personality which conducts her independent and intelligent, so that they can live a happy life. There is no Cinderella in our real life. If it has, the girl must be intelligent and have her own charm. This charm is not referring to the appearance but the spirit. Besides, Elizabeth loves Darcy. What she loved is just this man who is elegant and modest, not his money. For me, I prefer to make fortune together with my soul mate rather than get the money from him without work. So I need to work harder and harder to get the chance to meet my Mr. Right. And I do believe he will appear in front of me one day.
