iec60076-11-2004干式变压器(中文版)
前言本部分的第一章、第二章、第三章、第六章、第三十五章、第三十六章为推荐性的,其余为强制性的。
GB1094 系列标准在总标题“电力变压器”下,目前包含了下列几部分:第一部分:总则第二部分:温升-- 第三部分:绝缘水平、绝缘试验和外绝缘空气间隙-- 第四部分:电力变压器和电抗器的雷电冲击和操作冲击试验导则-- 第五部分:承受短路的能力-- 第十部分:声级测定-- 第十一部分;干式变压器本部分为GB1094 系列标准的第11 部分。
本部分的前版标准编号为GB6450 ,对应的IEC 标准标号为IEC60726 。
由于IEC 电力变压器的标号现均调整为IEC60076 系列,为了与IEC 的标准编号相协调且使用方便,本次修订也将标准编号按新的IEC 系列标准进行调整。
本部分修改采用IEC60076-11 :2004《电力变压器第11 部分:干式变压器》 (英文版本) 。
本部分根据IEC60076-11 :2004 按修改采用的原则重新起草。
在附录A 中给出了本部分章条编号与IEC60076-11 :2004 章条编号对照一览表。
考虑到我国国情,在采用IEC60067-11 :2004 是,本部分做了一些修改。
有关技术性差异已编入正问中,并在他们所涉及的条款的页边空白处用垂直单线标识。
在附录B 中给出了这些技术性差异及其原因的一览表以供参考。
为便于使用,本部分还对IEC60076-11 :2004 做了下列编辑性修改:a) 删除了IEC60076-11 :2004 的前言b) 用小数点“ .代”替作为小数点的逗号“,”。
c) 按GB/T1.1-2000 《标准化工作导则第1 部分;标准的结构和编写规则》的规定,对IEC60076-11 :2004中表1 的编排格式进行了修改。
本部分代替GB6450-1986 《干式变压器》。
本部分与GB6450-1986 相比主要变化如下:——编写格式按GB/T1.1-2000 的规定进行了修改;——增加了“规范性引用文件”;——取消了“包封线圈的干式变压器”、“非包封线圈的干式变压器”和“密封型干式变压器”的定义;——增加了一些“使用条件”,并增加“运输和储存条件”;——对用于特殊使用条件的变压器的温升限值和绝缘水平休整的有关规定进行了修改;——增加了“气候、环境和燃烧性能等级”的技术要求、试验项目和试验方法;——对“局部放电测量”的有关要求进行了修改;——对“温升试验”:的有关要求进行了修改;——增加了“空载电流谐波测量”试验项目;——增加了“三相变压器零序阻抗测量”试验项目;——增加了“防止直接接触的保护”、“接地端子”、“安装与安全”等方面的要求;本部分的附录A、附录B、附录C、附录D均为资料性附录。

ASTM D 6007-14 中文版Standard Test Method for Determining Formaldehyde Concentration in air from Wood Products Using a Small Scale Chamber1. 测试目的与适用范围:本标准用于测试木制品在空气中的甲醛释放量。
适用于人造木制板及其制品。
2. 测试原理:将已知表面积的样品,放置在温度、相对湿度、空气流速和交换率控制在规定值的气候箱中。
样品释放出的甲醛与气候箱内空气混合在一起。
定期采集箱内的气体,并使其通过吸收瓶。
定期采样直到气候箱内甲醛浓度达到稳定状态。
通过计算吸收瓶水中的甲醛浓度及采集的空气体积,而计算出气候箱内的甲醛浓度。
3. 设备、材料和试剂3.1 气候箱3.1.1 1 m3 测试舱测试舱内部容积为 1 m3,密闭性好。
3.2.1 空气采样系统包括:取样管:聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)管;吸收瓶,作收集和测定甲醛含量用;气体流量阀;气体抽样泵;气体流量计(转子流量计),1 L/min;线路过滤器(含干燥剂),用于干燥通过转子流量计的气体;滴定管,250 mL 或500 mL ,用于校正转子流量计;等。
3.2 化学分析所需的设备3.2.1 可见分光光度计3.2.2 恒温水浴锅3.2.3 玻璃器皿150 mL 烧杯;容量瓶:1000 mL,100 mL,10 mL;移液管:5 mL,10 mL,50 mL,4 mL,2 mL;具塞比色管,10 mL;滴定管,25 mL。
3.2.4 感量 0.001 g 的分析天平3.2.5 pH 计。
3.3 化学试剂及配制3.3.1 变色酸称取 0.10 g 变色酸(4,5-二羟基-2,7-萘二磺酸钠)并稀释到 10 mL 。
3.3.2 分析纯浓硫酸,硝酸盐含量需小于 10 ppm ;3.3.3 pH = 9.0 的缓冲液;3.3.4 0.100 mol/L 盐酸标准溶液;3.3.5 1.0 mol/L 亚硫酸钠溶液;称取 12.67 g 无水亚硫酸钠(99.5%),以蒸馏水稀释到 100 mL 容量瓶中,定容至刻度。
