复习数字单词one到twelve。
1.教师出示数字1至12的单词卡片,学生大声并快速朗读。
先按顺序朗读,再打乱顺序朗读。
最快并且读得正确的学生得分。
2.教师将1至12的单词卡片的顺序打乱。
给每个小组30秒钟的时间,学生按照座位顺序站起来说出教师手上的数字单词。
在30秒钟时间内,说的人数最多的小组获胜。
3.游戏——谁的反应最敏捷。
游戏规则:请学生按照座位顺序报数。
每逢2和2的倍数的时候,用拍手来代替报数。
也可以用3的倍数或5的倍数来操练。
Step 3 Presentation(一)单词和句型教学1.教学单词grade和class。
(1)教师指着教室和本班的班牌说:“We’re in Grade Four now.We’re in our new classroom.”出示单词卡片grade并教学。
引导学生说句子:“We’re in Grade Four now.”(2)教师再次指向门口的班牌说:“Look!Class...,Grade Four.We’re in Class...,Grade Four now.”出示单词卡片class并教学。
(3)教师出示class和classroom这两个单词,进行对比教学。
告诉学生classroom是复合词,是由class和room这两个单词合并构成的。
(4)用快速反应的方法操练class和classroom两个单词。
2.初步感知课文。
(1)教师说:“Sally and Wang Tao are in Grade Four,too.Let’s go and see their classroom.Let’s listen and watch the video.Then answer the question:Which class are Sally and Wang Tao in?”(2)播放课文教学光盘,让学生边看边思考问题的答案。
(3)引导学生在课文中发现问题的答案:Class One,Grade Four.3.教学词组:Class...,Grade....(1)教师板书句型I’m in Class...,Grade....并带读。
提醒学生注意班级名称的书写方法,因其是专有名词,所以四个单词的首字母都要大写,中间还有一个逗号。
(2)教师引导学生用I’m in Class...,Grade....说出自己所在的班级,然后让学生进行课本第3页的Let’s act.部分的活动。
4.文化渗透。
教师请学生对比班级名称的中英文表达法,引导学生发现其中的不同之处:在汉语中,年级在前,班级在后,英语反之;在汉语中,数字在前,单位在后,英语反之。
5.游戏——快速反应。
教师出示不同班级的班牌,请学生快速读出来,并把班牌分别奖励给反应最快的学生,然后请这些学生来到讲台前,手拿班牌站成一排。
教师站在他们背后指着某个班牌,全班同学说出这个班牌的英文名称,拿着这块班牌的学生则要迅速举起手中的班牌。
(二)课文教学1.请全班学生翻开课本第2页,教师播放教学光盘或录音,让学生在语境中理解课文。
2.教师再次播放课文,请全班学生跟读。
3.教师再播放课文录音二到三遍,采用全班学生跟读、个别学生或小组跟读的形式学习对话内容。
4.学生分角色表演对话。
5.巩固练习。
完成课本第7页的Listen and write.部分。

引导学生发现这些单词中包含同样的发音。
2.教师引导学生发现单词arm,card,park和star中包含着同一个字母组合ar,并且这个字母组合在这四个单词中都发相同的音[a:]。
3.教师出示今天所学的两个单词class和classroom,先引导学生发现字母a 在这两个单词中相同的发音,然后引导学生回忆学过的单词,如:father。
4.教师引导学生得出结论:在单词中,字母组合ar或者是字母a都可能发[ɑ:]的音。
5.教师播放课本第3页的Listen and learn the English sounds模仿跟读,学习字母组合ar在单词中的读音。
Step 4 Extension1.教师出示学生喜爱的卡通人物的头饰和两个班牌。
2.教师与一个学生模拟会话:T:Hello,Mickey. Nice to see you again.S1:Hello,Kitty.Nice to see you,too.T:I’m in Class...,Grade...now.S1:I’m in Class...,Grade...now.3.同桌两人一组进行对话练习。
