When we are asked what our future life is like,some may say that their future life is that they have much money,they own a big house and a cool car.(wealthy),others may think that to have a considerate and beautiful wife or a handsome husband is their dream life(perfect family ).others want to be a scientists,boss,teachers and engineers.( value of life).It seems that our life will be very comfoeteble and easy when we get graduated. But in fact,making a living is never as easy as we think.Especially for us,the College students ---the biggest dreamers in the world.In order to make us awake alittle and make us close to the reality,we will talk something about the college students employment with you.
First of all,I will analyze current employment situation of college graduates.Il consist of two parts:Employment stress of university students and Degree of employment satisfaction .
Now we will look at a photo,seeing this,what do you think of?Yes,this picture isn’t very clear.We cann’t even see anyone’s face.What we can see from the picture is just that there is so much people and it’s very crawded.But I think that you can guess their occupation and what they are doing? Yes,they are all college students who are hunting for a job anxiously.Perheps you have never realized how complex and arduous the employment situation is for us---les college students.
For being closer to Employment stress of university students,have a look at the diagram.X-axis represents les years.Y-axis represents the quantity of college graduate in each year.From the diagram,we can see that the quantity of college graduate increases year by year and in 2015 it reaches a peak with 749 ten thousand college graduate.With 80 ten thousand college graduates who haven’t got his job since he graduated from college,there is no doubt that 2015 will be the most difficult year for employment.What’s more?this trend is becoming obvious.Looking at the mumbre 749 ten thousand,you may not understand what this means.
So we will annalyse an example in detail.On May 15, 2015,there were a grand campus recruitment in USTB ( University of Science and TechnologyBeijing).In this campus recruitment,there were 153 059 jobs provided et 115 ten thousand college students applying for these jobs.the competition is rather intense.
After seeing the intense competition among the college graduate,we will study another important index --- Degree of employment satisfaction .According to a students’ statistics dada,we can see that there is just 34% college graduates are satisfied with their jobs.26% graduates are dissatisfied with their jobs.It’s a huge issue.Not only will it lower the rate of productivity,it will but also make person fidgety,not sense of belonging,which is unfavorable to social progress and human development.
In short,it isn’t easy for us to find a job which we are satisfied with in such an intense competition.。
