插线板工艺流程

工艺流程（以公牛GN-40TW插座、公牛工业插头GNT-10插头为例）：

公牛GN-40TW插座主要结构：塑料壳、开关、发光二极管、固线塑料片1个、螺丝8粒

公牛 GNT-10插头主要结构：固线塑料片1个、螺丝5粒、塑料壳、插片3粒

1、用螺丝刀把插座背面6粒螺丝拧开，将插座背面后盖取下

2、用螺丝刀将插座内固线塑料片的螺丝取下，将固线塑料片取下

3、用螺丝刀把工业插头GNT-10插头3粒螺丝拧下，将后盖取下

4、用螺丝刀将插头内固线塑料片的2粒螺丝取下，将固线塑料片取下

5、用斜嘴钳将导线俩头剥线出适合的铜丝

6、用螺丝刀把插座和插头内连接导线的螺丝拧下

7、将导线按左零右火上地的原则将插座与插头用导线连接

8、依次把插座和插头的固线塑料片、后盖安装好

9、把万用表的档位调到凤鸣档位（指针式调到电阻档）

10、用其中的一支表笔接触在插座的左侧的插孔内，另一支接触在插头的左侧的插

片上，其它插孔和插片同上检验，如果万用表有响声（指针式万用表指针迅速

摆到最大数值）,说明插座与插头连接正确，相反则连接错误

9, and put multimeter of document bit adjustable to FENGMING document bit (pointer type adjustable to resistance document)

10, and with which of a support table pen contact in socket of left of plug hole within, another a support contact in plug of left of plug tablets
