一、教材分析
本节课是外研社版教材《普通高中教科书——英语》必修一Unit1 A New Start中Developing ideas板块的阅读部分”High School Hints”第一课时的内容。本版块呈现了从另一角度反映单元主题的课文,语篇类型为访谈,以主持人和毕业生访谈的方式多角度地呈现了丰富多彩的高中生活,为高中新生提供有参考性的建议,帮助学生更全面地了解高中生活。文章包括四个方面:迎新日对高中新生的意义、如何面对新的挑战、如何摆脱失望的情绪、乐于帮助他人。
3.思维品质:根据所获得的多种信息,归纳共同要素,建构新的概念,并通过演绎,解释、处理新的问题,从另一个视角认识世界。
