关于举行小学生英语诗歌朗诵比赛的通知
各街镇中心校、区直属小学（含民办小学）：
为了切实提高小学生英语口语水平，促进学生开口说英语良好氛围的形成。
经研究,决定举行全区小学生英语诗歌朗诵比赛，现将有关事项通知如下：
一、参赛时间：二、参赛地点：
三、参赛人员及报名办法：
参赛人员：小学五、六年级小学生。
要求各单位在初赛的基础上选出代表参加区的比赛。
参赛名额分配如下：中心学校各1名，区直属小学（含民办小学）各1名。
请各单位填好《小学生英语诗歌朗诵比赛报名表》（附件2），于 10月31 日前交到教研室XX老师处，并将朗诵比赛的内容以电子文档的形式发到此邮箱abc’s@。
四、参赛要求：
1. 参赛内容为健康，积极向上，适合学生朗诵的英语诗歌。
2. 参赛选手先用英语自我介绍。
（20—30秒，不介绍所在学校）
3. 参赛选手必须脱稿（可配乐）朗诵。
4. 每位选手朗诵时间3—4分钟。
5. 参赛选手必须仪表大方，发音清晰，语音语调标准。
五、评分标准（见附件1）
六、奖励办法：
本次比赛分直属小学和中心学校两组进行，每组设一、二、三等奖。
其中，直属小学组设一等奖3名，二等奖5名，三等奖10名；中心学校组设一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖4名。
七、其他事项：
1、各校认真开展初赛，选拔优秀选手赴区参赛；
2、各校带队老师于11月29日8：00前带参赛选手到达比赛现场，要注意学生安全。

关于英语朗诵比赛的通知一、活动目的：通过本次英语朗诵比赛，提高学生的英语学习积极性，巩固和保持学生学习英语的兴趣，增强学生的英语语感和语言表达能力，丰富学生的校园生活，营造校园英语文化氛围。
二、活动步骤：由任课老师辅导，然后进行班级选拔赛。
在此基础上，每班选拔一至两名学生参加朗诵比赛。
三、参赛内容：以八年级课文或以英语故事、英语诗歌为主，内容必须是健康向上、积极进取、珍惜时间、珍爱生命、热爱学习或热爱生活等，可以配乐朗诵。
四、比赛形式：每名参赛选手在比赛前一天抽签（11月25日中午12：00，北教学楼101办公室；朗诵时间不超过3分钟；五、活动时间，地点：20xx年xx月xx日（周三）作业整理课，学校报告厅六、评分标准：1、语音准确地道。

本次征文比赛将本着“平等、公平、公正”的原则，组织专家从主题内容、体裁结构、语言表达、创新和亮点等方面对所有参赛作品进行综合评判。
