For me, one of the solutions has been balanced diets. For example, for dinner, I’ll have a piece of meat, a cooked vegetable and a salad. Everything is in moderate amounts but it looks great. However, food is only part of the problem. I didn’t exercise enough. Then I consulted a weight-loss doctor. He said I ought to start exercising regularly. So I joined a gym. I was able to lose weight. Also, I’ve kept off the weight for three years now.
