小妇人英语读后感篇一It is known to the entire world that Little Women by Louisa May Alcott is one of the representatives of feminist works. This paper analyzes feminism embodied in Josephine’s view on love in Little Women. In the introduction of the paper, I will talk about the background, literature review and my writing perspective. As for the body part, in Chapter one I will analyze Josephine’s character from many examples in the story; in Chapter two I will give a prehensive analysis of Josephine’s view on love, which mainly covers the love choice she made and the reasons of the choice; in Chapter three, I will analyze feminism reflected form Josephine, including the aspiration for freedom, the desire for independence, and the worship of true love. In Chapter four, I will discuss the enlightments and limitations of Josephine’s feminism in modern times. At last in the conclusion, I will give a brief summary of this paper.Even if having the small flaws, Little Women is still an undoubtedly great work. It put eyes on women’s growth, fights and efforts to realize the value of life in a patriarchal society. Even in today, it still has realistic values for modern girls to learn.Through the daily lives of March sisters, Louisa drew a vivid picture of the life of temporal American pioneers, especially Jo. She impressed us by her goodness, honesty, insistence…and her precipitancy, rebellion… She’s like a close friend to us, and as well an inner spirit of us.In order to get closer to this work, I’ve talked about the social background at that time, Louisa’s family history, literature review and the definition of feminism; and then to figure out the reasons of Jo’s choice, I’ve analyzed Jo’s personality, the process of Jo’s choice and the reasons of it, so I not only had a clearer impression of Jo, but also got a deeper understanding of her choice; at last in order to learn the feminist spirits from Jo, I discussed some extraordinary feminist qualities of Jo and got some constructive tips and suggestions about feminism for all the girls. After finishing this work which is definitely a masterpiece in history, I’ve learned the importance of freedom, both physically and spiritually, without it, I think I even can’t live well; and also I’ve known the value of independence, there’s no one can acpany and help me forever, so being independen …t can make me live better and feed myself just on my own; last but not the least, I’ve also been reminded with the preciousness of true love which makes people truly happy from the bottom from the hearts.Reading Little Women can be an enjoyable thing, to seek the peace in the blatant, and to seek an aim in the hesitation. We can learn so much from this book. Over a century passing by, the glory of this book doesn’t vanish, instead it bees more excellent, and it connects people generation by generation.《小妇人》英语读后感篇二Little Women is a novel published in 1868 and written by American author Louisa May Alcott. 英语影片little woman观后感
英语影片little woman观后感"Little Women" is a timeless tale of sisterhood, love, and self-discovery set against the backdrop of the Civil War era. The film beautifully captures the bond between the March sisters as they navigate the challenges of growing up and finding their place in the world. One of the most striking aspects of the film is the strong and complex female characters. Each sister has her own unique personality and dreams, and the film does a wonderful job of exploring their individual journeys. Jo, the fiery and independent writer, struggles to reconcile her desire for freedom and success with her longing for love and companionship. Meg, the gentle and traditional sister, grapples with societal expectations and the desire to find happiness on her own terms. Amy, the ambitious and artistic sister, faces her own challenges as she strives to make aname for herself in a world that often overlooks women's talents. The film also highlights the importance of family and the bonds that hold us together through difficult times. The March sisters may have their differences and disagreements, but ultimately, their love for each other remains unwavering. The film beautifully portrays the ups and downs of family life, from joyful celebrations to heartbreaking losses, and underscores the importance of cherishing the moments we have with our loved ones.In addition to its powerful themes, "Little Women" is a visually stunning film with gorgeous cinematography and costumes that transport viewers back to the 19th century. The lush landscapes and period details help to bring the world of the March sisters to life, creating a sense of immersion that enhances the emotional impact of the story.Overall, "Little Women" is a heartfelt and moving filmthat resonates with audiences of all ages. Its themes of love, family, and female empowerment are as relevant today as they were in Louisa May Alcott's time, making it a must-watch for anyone who appreciates a well-crafted and emotionallyresonant story.。

She is independent, tomboyish, and has a strong passion for writing. Jo is determined to become a successful author and often challenges the traditional gender roles of her time.Beth March is the third sister, known for her gentleand musical nature. She is shy and often prefers the company of her family to socializing with others. Beth'skind and selfless personality endears her to those around her. Finally, there is Amy March, the youngest sister. Amy is artistic and has a strong desire for refinement and elegance. She is often seen as the most vain and materialistic of the sisters, but she also possesses a deep inner strength and resilience. The novel follows the lives of these four sisters as they navigate through the challenges of growing up, love, and the societal expectations placed upon them as women in the 19th century. Do you mean that even you guys are lost, you still don't need we tiny little women's directons我们男人开车的时候,你们女人最好不要乱指方向2.急用Little Women===========In Little Women, you will meet the March sisters, Meg, Jo, Beth & Amy who live with their mother, Marmee, and their maid Hannah, during the Civil War. The first half of the novel takes place while their father is away, serving in the war. Each sister has a distinct personality, a reader, an artist, a musician, the quiet one. You will get to know this family in touching little stories of their daily life. Each chapter seems to set up a moral lesson for the reader to learn. We also meet a wonderful set of neighbors, Mr. Laurence and his nephew "Laurie" who quickly find a place as part of the March family. The second half of the novel, focuses on the girls as they leave their childhood and begin their journey into adult life. Lessons of friendship, family, and love are covered as we join the characters through the ups and downs of life, good times and bad. It seems that Louisa May Alcott used her own family as the basis for the stories in Little Women, basing the character Jo onherself. It is amazing how though the book was written in the late 1800's, so many things about humans remain the same. The foundations of life that are important in friendships, family & love don't change through time, as Alcott has shared with us. This is a book that young and old can read and appreciate。

Little WomenIn 1868, Louisa May Alcott wrote the book Little Women. It is a story of four girls who overcome plenty of trouble in their life and become mature. She wrote the story to the request of Thomas Niles, Louisa's publisher, who wanted a "girls’ story". This novel was published in 1869, and more than 13,000 copies were sold immediately. The novel was based on her own experiences.Louisa May Alcott was born on November 29, 1832 in Germantown, Pennsylvania. She has three sisters Anna, Elizabeth, and May were all educated by their father Bronson Alcott. Louisa was the second daughter of Abigail, and Bronson. Bronson was a teacher and was raised by a Christian family. She started taking on many jobs when she was a young teen.Louisa had great success with Little Women.Louisa May Louisa May Alcott ended up dying at the age of 56, leaving a large amount of literature books to all.Little Women is a story based on the fact of the author’s life. It tells a story of the March sisters: Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy. Their father is away fighting in the war, they live with their mother. Mrs. March is the authority of the family. She attaches importance to the education of the girl teaches them many precious virtues. Although they are poor, she still helps people who are poorer. For instance, in chapter one, she tells her children there is a family who is starving and asks girls if they can give their breakfast as presents to the poor family.Meg is the eldest one in the family, she has a sweet and pious nature, which unconsciously influenced her sisters, especially Jo, who loved her very tenderly, andobeyed her because her advice was so gently given. But she also has small vanities, at last she corrects it and marries a man who is not rich but loves her very much. In chapter nine, Meg goes to vanity fair. Meg leaves the family for a fortnight and stays with the Moffats. While staying with these girls Meg is introduced into the life of a young lady. She attends dinners, goes to the theater and tries on many new airs. Meg, however, is ashamed that her family is poor and that she cannot afford a new dress like the other girls. The Moffats dress Meg up for a ball and Meg places herself on display. Laurie attends the party and is not pleased with Meg's appearance or behavior. When Meg returns home she confesses to her mother that she was made to look foolish and that many gossipy things were said about her and her family. Mrs. March tells Meg to never mind the gossip and to be true to herself by not pretending to be something that she is not. Meg has a lesson and promises that she will not be vain any more.Amy is a fair lady, she always wants to marry a rich man, and regard her successful marriage as her obligation to her family. She thinks she is selfish, and she fights for the shortcoming all the time. She uses her all money to buy a big bottle as the Christmas present for her mother because she is truly trying not to be selfish. And in the end, she refused Fred and married Laurie who is not as rich as Fred. She knows she will not make a name in painting, she thinks she need to help people who are talented but poor.Beth is shy, kind, sensitive and very gentle. She never minds making sacrifice for others. She is fond of music. Unfortunately she died when she was very young.Jo, clearly is the main character of the story, she was a tomboy and hated all the prim and proper ways of the ladies. Jo was very blunt and always said exactly what was on her mind. Jo was the one who first had enough courage to go over to the frightening house next door and talk with the Laurence Boy. Jo has an uncontrollable temper that can erupt at any time. This is quite evident one day when Amy burns one of Jo's most precious books that she wrote stories in and had for years. She is so outraged that she cannot even look Amy in the face and storms out of the house. Jo then watches as Amy follows her and Laurie outside to a pond to go ice-skating. Laurie warns Jo that the ice is very thin in the middle, but Amy does not hear him and proceeds to skate into the center. Jo does nothing to stop her. Amy almost died that day, and Jo realized that her selfishness and anger almost cost her own sister. Mrs. March then teaches Jo how to control her temper, and that was one of the most valuable lessons she ever learned. She likes reading very much, the library of aunt March and Mr. Laurence is the places she often goes to. Plenty of reading is useful to her writing. When her father is wounded, she cuts her hair and sells them to raise money for her mother. Jo has the ability to see things as they are. She cares about her family and does whatever she can to help her families to live better lives.Their neighbor Laurie is lonely and shy. Jo makes friends with him and makes him happy and outgoing. When he asks Jo to marry him, Jo does not accept him just because he is rich, she analyses every aspect of hers and his, thinking that they are not matchable.Such similar things temper girls’ volition, they are well on the way of self-perfecting. We are also have different shortcomings and need to conquer them, the girls in this book are good model for us, r no matter how hard situations get, and no one should ever give up. And in our lives, family is the most important thing.。
