后来,我就决定要把健康拉回我的生活。
首先就是调整作息时间。
刚开始的时候,那可真是痛苦啊,感觉手机就像个小妖精,一直在勾引我。
但是我咬咬牙,告诉自己:“兄弟,你要是再这么作下去,身体可就真垮了。
”我就像个小学生一样,给自己定了个睡觉时间,晚上十点半,雷打不动。
刚开始的几天,我躺在床上翻来覆去,满脑子都是抖音上那些搞笑视频和游戏里的刺激画面。
可是慢慢地,我发现早上起来的时候,不再是那种被人从床上硬拽起来的感觉了,而是神清气爽,就像刚充满电的机器人一样。
饮食方面我也做了不少改变。
以前我是个“垃圾食品爱好者”,什么炸鸡、薯片、可乐,那都是我的最爱。
现在呢?我也不是说完全就和它们决裂了,毕竟它们的味道真的很诱人。
但是我开始有意识地多吃一些蔬菜水果。
比如说每天早上我都会强迫自己吃一个苹果。
刚开始的时候,我觉得这苹果就像个木头疙瘩,嚼起来没啥味道。
可是吃着吃着,我发现自己竟然开始有点喜欢上那种清甜的口感了。
我就想,也许健康的食物就像那些低调的老实人,乍一看没什么吸引力,但是相处久了就会发现他们的好。

我可没去办什么昂贵的健身卡,那对我来说有点太高大上了。
我就是每天晚上吃完饭后,在小区里溜达几圈。
有时候看到那些大爷大妈在跳广场舞,我就想,这也是一种运动啊,而且还这么有活力。
我甚至有那么一瞬间想要加入他们,但是一想到自己那蹩脚的舞姿,还是算了吧,别去丢人现眼了。

每天晚上都熬夜追剧,看着那些精彩的剧情,我就跟入迷了似的,根本停不下来呀,一边熬夜还一边吃着那些垃圾食品,什么薯片啦、辣条啦,吃得可欢实了。
早上呢,又起不来,总是急匆匆地赶去上班,早饭也顾不上吃。
没过多久,我就感觉自己不对劲啦。
整天都没精打采的,上班也没效率,老是犯困,还动不动就头疼。
而且肠胃也开始造反了,时不时就难受一下。
我这才意识到,哎呀,不能再这样下去啦!于是我开始痛定思痛,决定要改变这种不健康的生活方式。
我给自己定了个规矩,晚上到点就上床睡觉,不追剧啦。
白天再忙也得抽出时间吃早餐。
下班后还去运动运动,跑跑步、打打球啥的。
慢慢地,我感觉自己的状态又回来啦。
不再是那个整天病恹恹的样子,又变得活力满满啦。
你看,就这么一个小小的生活习惯的改变,就给我带来这么大的不同。
所以呀,咱都得重视健康生活方式。
别小看平时那些小细节,早睡早起呀,
合理饮食呀,多运动呀,这些都很重要呢。

心理健康:提起心理健康,我首先想到的就是“天天好心情”。
使你得益最多是心情,使你痛苦最多的也是心情,所以我们要保持好心情。
我要做好这些,拥有一个大梦想,对自己负责;学会自我控制,不要任性;对自己要有自信,不要觉得自己不如别人,乐观开朗,在逆境中去战胜困难。
我看过一个故事,在孤儿院里,有一个十分悲观的小男孩,总认为自己比别人第一等,所以他常常问校长:“我这个没有人要的孩子,或者有什么意思呢?”院长笑而不答。
有一天,院长交给男孩一块石头,说:“明天一早,你拿着这块石头到石头市场上去卖,但不管别人出多少钱,都不能卖,”第二天,男孩拿着石头蹲在市场里,竟意外地发现有好多人对他的石头有兴趣,价格越来越高,男孩兴奋地向院长报告,院长笑笑,要他明天拿到黄金市场上去卖。
再黄金市场上,有人出比昨天高出10倍地价钱来买这块石头。
最后,院长叫男孩把石头拿到宝石市场去展示。
结果,石头的身价又涨了10倍。
由于男孩怎么也不卖,石头竟被传扬为“稀世珍宝”。
男孩兴冲冲地捧着石头回到孤儿院,把这一切都告诉了院长,并问院长为什么会这样。
院长没有笑,望着孩子慢慢地说道:“生命就像这块石头一样,一个不起眼的石头,竟传成稀世珍宝,只要内心坚强,对自己与自信,在什么样的地方你都会像金子一样闪闪发光。
”
我们也不是这样吗?要肯定自己,接纳自己,做一个心理强大的人。
饮食健康:我们中小学生在饮食方面做得不够好,“食品安全与营养”你有想过吗?
有的孩子可能因为早上这一顿吃的单调或饮食种类少就不愿意吃,这是不对的,应该吃好,因为早饭是金。
还有中午这顿是三餐中进餐最多的,所以食物要丰富些,摄取足够的热量和营养。
最后是晚饭,也不能忽视,应该适当地少吃一些,最好是一些蔬菜清淡的食物。
现在呀,大人们都说多吃肉,又补充蛋白质等一些有营养的物质,但是总是吃肉也是不行的。
你看现实生活中的“大胖墩”“小胖子”越来越多了。
(顺便说一下,我就很喜欢吃肉,我可是有些胖哟,该节制一下)因此,我们要荤素搭配的吃,才能有益我们的健康。
还有,我们要少吃零食,我们学校门口有许多小卖铺,一放学,小卖铺里就有好多学生买零食,我们偶尔吃一次可以,但不能总吃,因为这样有害健康呀!
最后,我呼吁:小学生就应该有健康的生活方式,这样才能为我们以后的学习生活打下坚实的基础,使我们能更茁长的成长!。
