(20) Analysis of the Running Characteristics and Development Prospect of Time Sharing Lease for Electric Vehicle

Car sharing is the innovative combination of mobile internet and traditional car rental. It provides a new mobility solution for the motorized travel. This paper takes the biggest electric car sharing program in China, i.e., EVCARD program for example. Through the analysis of operational characteristics, it is revealed that the main users of car sharing are young people, which is helpful to foster a correct idea of car ownership and rational behavior of car usage for the young generation. The suitable scenario of car sharing application include traveling at urban peripheral areas without efficient public transport service. As for the time distribution of car usage, there is no distinct peak hours for car sharing trips. Additionally, Shanghai EVCARD program has demonstrated its benefits on suppressing the growth of car ownership. Currently, car sharing is still facing challenges from the policy support, enterprise profitability and users value identification. However, with the rapid progress of electrification, intellectualization, connection and sharing of cars, car sharing is expected to have a promising development prospect, and become the main organizing and serving mode of car trips.

Yang Huijun With the rapid development of China's economy and society, the pace of urbanization has further accelerated, the living standard of citizens has been gradually improved, and the demand for urban transportation travel has been increasingly diversified and personalized. The total number and travel volume of private passenger cars have been increased rapidly. Traffic congestion has become a prominent problem in the development process of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other oversized cities. In order to alleviate the congestion, the cities have launched a series of policies of resolving traffic jam. In recent years, Shanghai has made a lot of exploration and efforts to alleviate traffic congestion, implemented a series of comprehensive measures, and achieved some results. It has accumulated experience for our controlling traffic jams of oversized cities.

Development of Public Transportation Wang Ruolin This paper investigated sharing bicycles in Shanghai city based on the analysis of the characteristics of user riding sharing bicycle, and on the basis of further analysis of the relationship between shared bicycles with public transportation development, the paper puts forward related suggestions aimed the next step of sharing bike in Shanghai.

Based on the analysis of the connotation of automobile maintenance industry upgrading and the transformation, taking the automotive repair industry in Shanghai as the research object, the paper summarizes and analyzes the main problems existed in process of transformation and upgrading of Shanghai automobile repair industry. Combined with opportunities and challenges facing to the development of the industry and its actual development situation, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation and upgrading of automobile maintenance industry in Shanghai.

Most of the theoretical studies in China believe that the travel agency is the carrier of the cruise ship. Based on the sales mode of China's cruise tickets, the travel agencies neither enter the contract of carriage of passengers by sea with the passengers in the name of the carrier, nor do they actually undertake the carriage of passengers by sea, so they do not constitute a maritime carrier. The carrier of the cruise ship at sea should be the cruise company. According to the different modes of the travel agency to distribute the ship tickets, the legal status of the travel agency under the relationship of cruise ship with passenger transport is also different. . Under the underwriting mode, the relationship between travel agencies and cruise companies is not principal-agent relationship, the rights and obligations should be determined according to the agreement between the two parties, while the travel agencies in the distribution mode is the agent of the cruise company.
