**Equity Pledge Release Application**
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are writing to request the release of the equity pledge that was previously established over the shares held by our company.As the pledge was put in place to secure a loan from your institution, we are now pleased to inform you that the loan has been fully repaid, including all interest and fees as per the terms of the agreement.
尊敬的先生/女士，
我们特此申请解除我们公司持有的股票上设定的股权质押。

此前，该质押是为了担保我们从贵机构获得的贷款。

We kindly request that you execute the necessary documentation to release the equity pledge at your earliest convenience.Please find enclosed a draft of the release document for your review and approval.We have also included all required supporting documentation, such as the loan repayment receipts and the release of lien certificate from the bank.
