GONE WITH THE WIND
Margaret Mitchell (1900-1949) was an American author and journalist. She attended Smith College and then wrote for The Atlanta Journal before spending 10 years writing Gone with the Wind. Mitchell was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for the book in 1937. Gone with the Wind is the only novel by Mitchell.
