三、学校安全部门管理人员职责

校安全生产工作，认真贯彻执行安全生产的方针、政策、法律、法规和制度，并积极组织做好生产中的安全工作。
2.安全部门应编制学校安全技术措施计划，并督促有关部
门按计划要求执行。
3.安全部门负责制订学校安全生产管理制度和安全技术操
作规程，并督促检查各单位执行情况。
对违章者有权按照有关规章制度进行处罚。
4.安全部门定期组织安全大检查和专业安全检查，对查出
的隐患下达整改通知书。
督促有关部门采取措施及时整改。
对危及员工生命安全的紧急情况，有权令其停止生产并立即报告领导研究处理。
5.安全部门负责员工的安全生产教育和培训。
对XXX员工、临时工、外来实人员进行安全知识教育。
6.安全部门组织参加工伤事故的调查、分析和处理工作。
对事故责任者提出处理意见，提出预防措施，并督促按期实施。
按照国家规定做好工伤保险工作。
