预应力隔热油管直指具有隔热性能的油管产品,主要由主体管柱、隔热层、接箍、密封圈和衬管等组成。
预应力隔热油管适用于热载体温度不超过350℃的工况,主要用于油田稠油热采作业。
正确的使用预应力隔热油管,既有降低注入井下蒸汽的热损失,保证井底干度的作用,又有减少套管变形,保护固井套管之功效。
Vacuum insulated tubing is the tubing that has good heat insulation performance。
It is composed of host string, thermo case, coupling, sealing ring and liner pipe. The vacuum insulated tubing applies to such operating condition as the temperature of heat carrier is not over 350. The insulated tubing mainly applies to steam thermal recovery well with "huff and puff" and "steam drive" as well as heavy oil well with "integration of production and injection". Using vacuum insulated tubing correctly can not only reduce the heat loss of steam injection and guarantee steam quality but also decrease casing deformation and protect cementing casing.
①减少注蒸汽热损失,提高可注入深度和注入油层的蒸汽干度;

③减少原油举升过程中的热损失。

8、注蒸汽热采用化学品
(1)高温降粘剂High temperature viscosity reducer
产品概述Description
该产品是由改性的高分子有机物及多种表面活性剂经特殊工艺制备而成,抗高温能力强(耐温300℃以上),适用于各种矿化水质,对稠油后期的破乳和炼制都无影响,不与矿化水产生钙镁离子络合絮凝,不伤害地层。
主要用于注汽井降粘及常规稠油井的井筒掺水降粘,也可用于管道输送降粘。
High dispersion and viscosity reduction effect reduces the crude oil viscosity by 90%, increases the flow properties of oil greatly. Pour point reducing component contained. Reduces oil pour point more than 10℃.Crude oil can keep good flow ability when the reservoir temperature recovers to the original level. Viscosity reducing efficiency and other indexes still meet requirement after 24 hours under 300℃and high pressure. Viscosity reducing efficiency more than 85%, pour point decreases by 8℃. Every indexes meet requirem ent in the formation
water condition of 50000PPM total salinity.

应用
稠油井的洗井、压井,抽油井洗热降粘均可将该降粘剂配制成1‰的水溶液使用。
稠油井的地层降粘开采,可将该药剂配成4‰的水溶液。
由加药泵将该溶液泵入油层套管环空。
靠深水泵的抽吸与稠油混合(或关井12小时)后再开井生产。
包装储存
液体产品用塑料桶包装,每桶净重25±0.5kg或根据用户需要提供不同的包装;本品应储存于阴凉、干燥、通风处。

(2)高温发泡剂High temperature foaming agent
产品概述Description
该产品由阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂及助溶剂组成,该产品耐温性好,与地层水、酸液等介质配伍。
主要用于热力采油中,提高原油产量和采收率。
耐温300℃。
Modifies the steam injection profile of the high heterogeneous reservoir according to Jamin effect and increases the steam conformance factor. Mixed with foam stabilizer, makes the foam persistent and prolongs the half-life under reservoir condition. Foam volume, half- life and other indexes still meet requirement under 300℃and high pressure for 24 hours. Foam volume more than 180ml, and half-life more than 429 seconds. Every indexes meet requirement in the formation water condition of 50000PPM total salinity.
