三档：基本表述出原文大意，但病句现象较多，次要点理解不到位，有一定的“翻译腔”现象

五档：基本没有理解原文，漏译错译现象严重，表达含混不清
另一：一旦发现机翻现象，则全考核按照零分处理

This solid structure can be garrisoned to defend a province and slow down invaders, even though it will not withstand a prolonged siege.
