Study on Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Processing Tomato Based on SECA

Abstract :In view of the differences of quality characteristics among different processing tomato varieties, a comprehensive evaluation method of processing tomato germplasm resources based on Simultaneous Evaluation of Criteria and Alternatives (SECA) was proposed. Based on this method, this paper analyzed the intra-attribute differences, furthermore, the inter-attribute differences among six attributes of 50 kinds of processing tomatoes. The weights of the six quality characteristics such as mold ratio, green fruit ratio, color value, limited use, solid content ratio and pH value were decided.The comprehensive scores of 50 processing tomatoes can be divided into three categories: special grade, first grade and second grade. The processing tomato varieties with the best performance in special grade can be selected as new varieties, which provide decision support and reference for breeding tomato varieties that are more suitable for local planting. To a large extent, this method avoids the subjective factors in the process of weight determination in traditional methods. It is able to elaborately evaluate and rank germplasm resources, without setting the ideal parameters. The ranking results are more reliable and more applicable. 0 引言
番茄酱加工业是我国农业产业化、国际化的重要代表[1] .作为中国加工番茄主产区,新疆每年番茄 种植量以及番茄酱产量一直处于国内领先地位.据乌鲁木齐海关公布的数据可知,2013年全年出口番茄 酱47.17万吨,贸易额达4.31亿美元;2018年全年出口番茄酱53.48万吨,贸易额为3.79亿美元.六年间番茄 酱出口量有上升,但出口贸易额却逐年减少,主要是番茄品质下降和品种退化导致番茄制品的品质难以 得到保证,这将直接影响新疆番茄加工产业链的健康发展,因此提高番茄品质及其可控性是目前加工番
综合评价结果表明27号38号25号16号3号加工番茄品种在综合品质特性中表现优异建议作为新品种引人以期为新品种培育实现面向订单的种植计划制定以及新的加工制品生产提供方法上的借鉴或支持进一步提高加工番茄品场竞争力
