Dear GM of SVW 4S/SST Dealers:
为加深各经销商伙伴对新版VW品牌CSE服务核心过程的理解及应用,我们将于4月-5月组织系列培训,培训将分为四个阶段进行:E-learning在线学习、网上直播、经销商内训、集中培训。
各阶段培训将陆续启动,详见以下通知。
E-learning, webcasting, dealer internal training and centralized training are beginning step by step, for better understanding on the new version of SVW VW Brand CSE Service Core Processes. Please check details as followed.
1、E-learning在线学习
CSE系列8门E-learning课程(共5.5学时)将于4月8日上线,供广大经销商学员学习:
Eight CSE E-learning courses shall be put online for dealers to study on Apr 8:
请所有相关岗位于5月31日前完成以上课程学习。
根据«2013上海大众特许经销商内训及E战略工作管理办法»,对于列入考核范围内的E-learning在线培训课程,经销商单店必修岗位完成率大于等于80%视为合格,未达标特许经销商视同常规课程的无故缺席进行处理,每家需承担培训费用2000元。
It is requested all the positions should finish the training before May. 31st. According to “2013 Internal Training and E-Strategy Policy”, dealers that completion rate of compulsory positon is below 80%,will be regarded as the absent from the regular courses and need to pay RMB2000 as training costs.
2、网上直播Webcasting
我们将于4月12日15:00-16:30组织《VW品牌新版CSE服务核心过程启动培训-T echcare讲堂(第三期)》网上直播培训,请按时参加。
详情如下。
We will organize New SVW-VW CSE Starting Training-Techcare Lecture (Wave 3)webcasting Training during 15:00~16:30 on April 12th.

此次培训由总部完成集中报名,4S经销商开通内训师观看权限;特约维修站或直营店开通服务总监、服务经理观看权限。
请内训师或服务总监、服务经理于4月12日当天14:30登陆经销商培训网,进入本
次培训的网上直播教室,并组织其他岗位投影观看。
15:00网上直播正式开始。
具体操作方式如下:The application this webcast is registered by HQ. Please log on Dealer Training Web at 14:30 on
Apr 12, being ready for the webcast starting at 15:00.

特别提醒:
1)请各内训师务必准时参训,迟到半小时以上或在线时间小于80%的经销商将按未参训计。

1) Punctual attendance is required. It will be regarded as absence if being late for more
than half an hour or the online time less than 80%.
2)Please check whether the application has been accepted on training web in advance.
3、经销商内训Internal Training
网上直播结束后将同步发布内训课件,请各经销商内训师完成网上直播后即刻启动相关岗位的转训,并于5月31日前在培训网上提交内训小结。
The courseware will be published on training web after the webcast and please organize internal training at dealership accordingly and submit the training summary by May. 31.。
转训对象:服务顾问、客户关爱总监、客户关爱专员、车间主管。
Internal training trainee: Service Advisor, Customer Director, Customer care specialist, workshop chief
内训小结要求如下:Training summary is required as:
◆不低于200字的文字反馈,真实体现内训师培训心得(如:培训重点/难点、培训方式、采用的
考核办法及培训收获等)
No less than 200 Chinese characters, Internal T rainer’s feedback idea, e.g. key/difficult part, training way, assessment method and result, etc
◆可真实反映培训内容的照片,其中需包括组织观看网上直播照片一张;
Photos that record the training moments (at least 1 about scene watching webcasting)
◆参训学员及考核成绩(100分制)
Assessment results (100 marks)
4、集中培训
网上直播结束后,我们将针对经销商服务总监、服务经理、内训师岗位开展“上海大众汽车VW品牌CSE服务核心过程集中培训”,请各经销商收到此通知后在4月10日前按照如下要求完成网上报名工作:
Centralized trainings of the new Processes will be held for Service Director, Service Manager and Internal Trainer after Webcasting. Please do the online registration by April 10th:

培训安排计划如下:

培训对象:服务总监、服务经理、内训师
Trainee: Service Director, Service Manager and Internal Trainer
培训时间: 服务总监-1天、服务经理-1天、内训师-3天
Duration: 1 day for Service Director, 1 day for Service Manager and 3 days for Internal Trainer
培训时间及地点:能力提升标杆店(正式培训地点、培训时间将通过经销商培训网发布)。
Time and Venue:Benchmark dealers (The exact time and place will be announced via Training Web)
注意事项:
Notes:
1、服务总监兼服务经理的只需要参加服务总监课程
The Service Director who does part-time job of Service Manager can only take the training course for Service Director.
2、此次培训有课前测试,范围为E-learning平台中CSE模块8门课程,请大家提前复习,做好准备,
服务总监/服务经理课前测试成绩将记录到课程总成绩中,内训师课前测试成绩将成为是否继续参加培训的总开关项。
There will be pre-test in the training, which is designed on the base of 8 courses of CSE E-learning in the training net. For Service Director and Service Manager, pre-test result will be included into the final result of the classroom course. For Interior Trainer, pre-test result will be switch on/off indicator to decide whether he/she can further attend the classroom training. Please prepare for the pre-test.
3、内训师结束集中培训后,必须在5月31日前要组织经销商售后服务部门、客户关爱部门完成转训
Interior Trainer shall finish transferring the training to the Service Dept. and Customer Care Dept.
employees by May 15th.
4、如您报名参加课程,必须参与培训,不迟到,不早退并参加考试。
The punctual attendance and examination is required for the registered trainees; and earlier leave is forbidden.
5、本课程将涉及演练环节,请内训师务必着正装参加培训。
Internal Trainer are required to be in full dress to attend this training.
培训将于4月15日首批展开,请密切关注经销商培训网的排班安排,以免错过培训。
The training will be launched from April 15, 2013. Please pay attention to the course schedule announcement by to avoid missing the training.
