In the final year of high school, life becomes a whirlwind of intense study sessions, emotional ups and downs, and the anticipation of the future. My senior year, or what we call "Gao San" in China, is a period that is both challenging and rewarding.
The Academic Pressure
The academic pressure is immense. With the Gaokao, China's national college entrance examination, looming, every student is focused on achieving the highest possible score. The curriculum is packed with advanced topics in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and Chinese literature. I spend hours each day in the classroom, absorbing knowledge and then reinforcing it with self-study sessions. The library becomes my second home, a quiet sanctuary where I can concentrate on my studies without distractions.
The Time Management
Time management is crucial. I have to plan my days meticulously to balance schoolwork with extracurricular activities and rest. My daily routine starts early with morning exercises to keep me fit and alert. After that, it's a full day of classes followed by evening study sessions. Weekends are not much different, filled with tutoring and revision.
The Emotional Rollercoaster
