做蛋糕英语作文五年级
Making a Cake
Last Saturday, I decided to make a cake. It was a fun and delicious experience, and I learned a lot about baking.
First, I gathered all the ingredients. I needed flour, sugar, eggs, butter, baking powder, milk, and vanilla extract. I also prepared some chocolate chips to add to the cake.
I started by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Then, I mixed the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a big bowl. Next, I added the butter and eggs, and mixed everything together until it was smooth. I poured in the milk and vanilla extract, and stirred until the batter was well combined.
After that, I greased a cake pan with butter and poured
the batter into the pan. I sprinkled some chocolate chips on top to make the cake extra tasty. Then, I put the pan in the oven and baked the cake for about 30 minutes.
While the cake was baking, my kitchen smelled amazing!
I could hardly wait to taste it. When the cake was golden brown and a toothpick came out clean, I took it out of the oven and let it cool.
Once the cake was cool, I decorated it with frosting and some more chocolate chips. It looked beautiful! I invited my family to try the cake, and everyone said it was delicious. I felt very proud of my baking skills.
Making the cake was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed the process and loved sharing the results with my family.
