【摘要】目的：分析右美托咪定对腰硬联合麻醉患者术中镇痛效果的影响。

方法
选取2013年1月~2014年5月来我院在腰硬联合麻醉下手术的患者108例，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组54例，观察组患者在麻醉后注射右美托咪定，对照组患者注射生理盐水，观察两组患者的心率、BIS以及 Ramsay等镇静指标，并观察两组患者的血流动力学改变，观察右美托咪定在腰硬联合麻醉下患者术中的镇静效果以及用药安全性。

结果观察组麻醉后30min的心率、BIS指标、Ramsay 评分与对照组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者的血压麻醉前与麻醉
后30min均无统计学差异(P>0.05)；观察组不良反应的发生率为12.96%(7/54)；对照患者不良反应发生率为11.11%(6/54)，两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。

结论右美托咪定对腰硬联合麻醉患者手术中的镇静效果良好，用药安全，值得推广应用。

%Objective To analyze the dexmedetomidine of waist hard joint anesthesia in patients with intraoperative analgesia ef ect.Methods Between January 2013 and May 2014 to our hospital in waist hard joint anesthesia surgery of 108 cases of patients,patients randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 54 cases,observation group of patients after anesthesia injection dexmedetomidine,injection of saline control group patients,observe the two groups of patients with heart rate,the BIS index,and Ramsay sedation and observe hemodynamic
