1.0 试验目的
TEST PURPOSE
检验主机液压顶部拉撑系统安装的完整性、正确性及工作的可靠性, 验证系统是否满足设计要求。

Inspect the integrality, correctness and reliability of M/E Hydraulic Top Bracing System, and verify if the system accord with the design requirement.

OPERA TION
正常使用期间,液压顶部拉撑系统通过船舶控制系统来自动操作。

During normal service the hydraulic top bracing system is automatically operated by the ship ’ s control system.
4.1 正常操作
Normal operation
一旦船只到达码头,主机车钟命令“ Finish with engine”将给出。

此命令将自动停止泵
站并使安全阀块上的电磁阀有效,这将转换每个顶部拉撑液压缸到“ low ” ,这样顶部拉撑液压缸立即将其工作压力从最高 17 bar降低到大约 2 bar。

Upon arrival in port the engine telegraph order “ Finish with engine” is given. The order automatically stops the pump station and activates the solenoid valves in the relief valve blocks, which shift each top bracing cylinder to “ low ” . The top bracing cylinders thus immediately reduce their work pressure from max. 17 bar to approx. 2 bar.
起动前,主机车钟命令“ Stand by”将给出。

Before start-up, the engine telegraph order “ Stand by” is given. This order automatically starts the pump station and de-activates the solenoid valves in the relief valve blocks. Each top bracing cylinder shifts to “ high ” , and the work load in the top bracing cylinders will build up to approx. 5 bar at standstill, and max. 17 bar when the engine is started.
在正常设定状态下,泵站上的压力表在海上运行期间的读数约为 5 bar。

At normal setting, the pressure gauge on the pump station will read approx. 5 bar during operation at sea.

4.2 本地操作
Local operation

向泵站、报警器及电磁阀供电。

如果主开关处于关闭位置,则液压顶部拉撑系统不起作用,并且在主机运行期间没有报警指示。

Supplies power to the pump station, alarms and solenoid valves. If the switch is in off position, the hydraulic top bracing system is inactive, and there will be no alarm indication during operation of the main engine.

High/Low Pressure Switch
通过转换电磁阀以使每个顶部拉撑液压缸上的安全阀块失效 /有效, 从而使液压缸内的工作压力在最高 17 bar与大约 2 bar之间改变。

如果开关处于低压位置,则主机运行期间液压缸工作负荷将为 2 bar,且顶部拉撑被认为是不起作用的(停止的。

Deactivates/activates the pressure relief valve blocks on each top bracing cylinder by shifting the solenoid valve and thereby changing the work pressure in the cylinders between max. 17 bar and approx. 2 bar. If the switch is in low position, the work load will be 2 bar during operation of the main engine, and the top bracing is considered inactive.

系统起动时,此模式选择 1号泵。

此模式为紧急模式,即:液压泵将持续运转并尽量建立压力。

在此模式下,将不会报警,且不考虑排出管压力。

This mode selects Pump 1 during start-up of the system. This mode is meant as an em’ cy mode, i.e. the pump will continue running and try build ing up a pressure. The alarm will not be activated in this mode, irrespective of the pressure in the outlet pipe.
位置2:“自动”
Pos.2: “ Auto ”
系统起动时,此模式选择 1号泵。

在系统内建立油压允许延时,如果 60秒后压力开关的压力没达到 1.4 bar , 2号泵将起动;如果另一个 60秒后压力开关的压力还没达到 1.4 bar, 2号泵将停止,且本地及集控室内都将以红灯给出报警指示。

如果压力下降,压力开关将在 0.9 bar时断开,并将执行上述程序。

This mode selects Pump 1 during start-up of the system. A time relay allows the oil pressure to build up in the system. If the pressure has not reached 1.4 bar at the pressure switch after 60 seconds, Pump 2 will start. If the pressure has not reached 1.4 bar at the pressure switch after another 60 seconds, Pump 2 will stop and the alarm indication will be given locally and in the engine control room by red lamps.
With falling pressure, the pressure switch breaks at 0.9 bar, and the above sequence will be executed.

This mode selects Pump 2 during start-up of the system. A time relay allows the oil pressure to build up in the system. If the pressure has not reached 1.4 bar at the pressure switch after 60 seconds, the pump will stop, and the alarm indication will be given locally and in the engine control room by red lamps.
●本地起动 /停止按钮
Local Start/Stop Buttons
起动 /停止所选用的供油泵。

对于起作用的油泵, 绿色指示灯将接通。

顶部拉撑液压缸内的压力取决于高 /低压力开关的位置。

Start/stop the selected oil supply pump and turn on the green lamp for the active pump. The pressure in the top bracing cylinders depends on the position of the High/low pressure switch.

Reset Button
对于自动模式复位两个时间继电器,并关闭本地和遥控报警指示(红色指示灯。

Resets the two time relays for the auto mode sequence and turns off the local and remote alarm indications (red lamps.

注意:当位置指示器指在红色标志区时,请一定不要操作顶部拉撑液压缸。

因为在此位置下操作有可能损坏液压活塞。

Note: The important thing is never to operate the top bracing cylinders with a position indicator pointing at a red band. In this position the hydraulic piston may be damaged.
