Dear Boss,
I have also encountered various instances of disrespect from hospital staff and leadership. As a professional, I have a
certain standard of behaviour expected of me and my colleagues.
I have been disrespected on multiple occasions by various staff
in the hospital, and this has had a considerable impact on how I view the environment. There is a distinct lack of respect for medical staff in general, and this does nothing to encourage people to work hard and care for the patients we serve.
Finally, I have found the lack of recognition for our hard work to be a major factor in my decision to leave. There is no reward for going above and beyond and no recognition for those who truly care about the hospital and the patients we serve.
This has been a large source of frustration and has caused me to question whether I even want to continue working in the medical field.
I understand the challenges the hospital faces and I wholeheartedly wish everyone here the best of luck in their work.
I am grateful for the opportunity I have had here and the experiences it has provided me with. I will take my knowledge
and the valuable lessons I have learnt here to my next job.
