摘要：In an assistance tool, a lifting device 17 for raising and lowering a hand part is provided with: rotators 25-28 for winding and unwinding inners 18a and 19a to raise and lower the hand part; an outer-receiving part 21 to which the ends of outers 18b and 19b are connected; a support case 36 for supporting the rotators 25-28; and an electric motor 29 for rotating the rotators 25-28. A support member 15 is provided so as to extend between the support case 36 and the outer-receiving part 21 along the portion of the inners 18a and 19a between the rotators 25-28 and the outer-receiving part 21.
