【摘要】Objective To investigate the feasibility of combining: Acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment of type 2 diabetic nerve primary bladder. Methods Collected in 2008 January - 2014 October near Kaifeng City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine endocrine wards in type 2 diabetic neurogenic bladder in 60 cases, which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, respectively 30 cases, the control group with routine comprehensive treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the use of the implementation of combined acupuncture and medicine before and after treatment, compared two groups of patients with curative effect and treatment of bladder residual urine. Results After a period of treatment, the observation group and the control group total effectiveness respectively is 73.3%, 53.3%, two group of comparison, total effective rate of observation group is higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The observation group of patients with bladder residual urine volume was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of combined acupuncture and medicine for treatment of nerve type 2 diabetes primary bladder significantly, with strong clinical feasibility, plays an important role in
improving the quality of life of the patients.%目的：探讨针药结合治疗2型糖尿病神经原性膀胱的可行性。

方法收集2008年1月—2014年10月开封市中医
院内分泌病区2型糖尿病神经原性膀胱患者60例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，分别为30例，对照组采用常规综合治疗，观察组则在对照组的基础上加用实行针药结合治疗，比较两组患者治疗疗效和治疗前后膀胱残存尿情况。

结果治疗一段时间后，观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为73.3%、53.3%，两组相较而言，观察
组总有效率高于对照组P＜0.05。

观察组患者膀胱残存尿量则比对照组低（P＜
0.05）。

结论针药结合治疗2型糖尿病神经原性膀胱效果显著，具有较强的临床
可性行，对改善患者生活质量具有重要作用。
