【摘要】Objective To analyze the causes of decreased blood ABO in patients with blood group antigens and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of blood transfusion. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 30 cases in our hospital were col ected and the weakening of the ABO blood group antigen blood disease patients as the observation group, 30 cases of blood group antigen expression of the normal patients were selected as control group, summarize the cause of weakening of the ABO blood group antigen and puts forward the corresponding Countermeasures of blood transfusion. Results The results showed that, the observation group with 10 patients with red blood cel s and antiserum reaction and reverse typing discrepancies, including 7 cases of type A and type B in 3 cases, 2 patients were type, the rest 18 patients al type O. At the same time, the observation group in 2 patients with non hemolytic in hemolytic cases, accounting for 6.67%of the total, the control group had 4 cases, accounting for 13.33%of the total, two groups of patients increased hemoglobin close degree. Conclusion The patients with blood diseases mainly concentrated in myelodysplastic syndrome and acute and chronic non lymphocytic leukemia, by entering the same blood type has good
clinical ef ect in the treatment of such patients, can ef ectively promote the functional recovery of the antigen, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.%目的分析血液病患者ABO血型抗原减弱的原因并提出相应的输血对策。

方法收集我院诊治的30例ABO血型抗原减弱的血液病患者设为观察组，另选同
期的30例血型抗原正常表达患者设为对照组，总结ABO血型抗原减弱的原因并
提出相应的输血对策。

结果研究结果显示，观察组中有10例患者红细胞与抗血清反应中出现与反定型不符，包括7例A型和3例B型，有2例患者为正定型，其余18例患者全部为O型。

同时，观察组中有2例患者在溶血性情况中出现非溶
血性，占总数的6.67%，对照组中有4例，占总数的13.33%，两组患者的血红蛋白增加程度接近。

结论患者的血液疾病主要集中在骨髓增生异常综合征以及急慢性非淋巴细胞白血病，在该类患者的治疗过程中通过输入同型血具有良好的临床效果，能有效促进抗原功能的恢复，促进患者康复。
